Let me start off by saying, wow! I came in the other day looking to try out some supplements for…read moremy workouts for the first time. Normally I only use a multivitamin and a fish oil and thats all I really know about in terms of supplements. A guy named Phil greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. It seemed as if he was working on cleaning but he dropped it and gave me his full attention right away! So i started telling him about the kind of workouts i do, and how i only get to work out a couple days a week and how i wanted to lose some stubborn fat. Phil showed me a great selection of products and actually took the time to explain to me how everything worked, and how I should use it! The best part was how he actually seemed like he used the product before - unlike vitamin shoppe nearby where ive tried going to before (unsatisfactory experience) He also asked about the other supplements i was using and i told him i was using a multivitamin and fish oil i normally get from walgreens. He explained to me how theirs might be a better fit for my needs with my desire for fat loss. I already had some so i declined and he gave me a coupon and told me to stop back when i was ready (score!). I ended up walking away (very pleased i might add) with a pre workout and a protein to help with my recovery. And i must say, everything he said was spot on! The pre workout gave me tons of energy for my after work workouts and the protein makes me feel way less sore than usual! Overall Im super happy with the experience i had and i gladly would recommend them to friends and family in the area looking to get healthier! Thanks again Phil, youre awesome! Definitley going to come back for more supplements in the future!

The older lady that works there is SO helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and can help you with what ever you need. The frozen meals (like the Amy's brand) are more expensive here so that is a downfall, but for a small store I would expect things to be more than the big box stores. I called to ask a question about the toothpicks I know they carry because I bought them there before and the young girl that answered was no help- told me they did not carry that item(like I said I bought them there before so I knew they did) I just needed to know the flavor (cinnamon or teatree) so she was useless- but over all I really like this store and the items they carry. Would recommend it!!
