The Amazon return drop-off is a big plus. I use it a lot, and having it right there while I grocery shop saves me a separate trip. About half the time, the register doesn't recognize my Prime membership from my card, so I end up digging through the Amazon app for the QR code. It would help if the app kept that code in a consistent spot, or if the registers made it easier to link a card to Prime. Even a small sign at checkout showing how to do that would help. Overall a solid store that's moved in the right direction, and I'd love to see the checkout hiccup fixed.
