In the past year, I've made several purchases and have not accumulated points per their rewards system. I physically make sure they pull up my account to add them. They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.

I have been eyeing this store up for awhile, but I wanted to educated myself a little more before walking in and asking about their products. The owner, Joselyn and her Assistant were there to answer my questions and they gave me the background information on "Koi Naturals", the manufacturer of the CBD products they sell. They also explained to me that this company is very thorough with maintaining efficacy of the product, and they could provide me with recent studies that they had performed. The professionalism of not only the manufacturer, but also Joselyn and her Assistant, along with their personal experiences with these products, gave me the confidence and reassurance to give "Koi Naturals" a try! Joselyn did her best to guide me with regard to strength of product to try. I'm a complete newbie with CBD products, and we are all so individual with how we tolerate such products.
