Bolani is based in Cali and I found them at a farmers market on Lake Merit. I fell in love, bought 10 and brought them home to my freezer. I have pinned for them since 2022 and had no chance of getting them. Then poof the add came to my feed! I trekked to E.G (R..-iese) and tried not to buy every one of them, I did leave a few if you want to try them. Now, as to the store. What a delightful place, plenty of handmade local products, some grocery items geared to gluten free, vegetarian and conscientious people. The store is spotless and manned or womanned by some very friendly of a certain age women, that appeals to me immensely, but I could be biased. (side note: I saw their email and wrote them for proof they did indeed have the beloved Bolani and they promptly wrote back letting me know when they would be in stock.)
