It's a long story, I was told that there was no manager at the Hilo store, and to call Connie T. at the Kona store. I spoke with Connie, but got disconnected. I called back, but I got hung up on several times and told that Connie doesn't want to talk with me, and I can try again tomorrow at 10am. This place used to have some aloha, but now they can't even do basic functionality: Have a manager on-site, or empower your workers to handle basic tasks. The workers in the store are always nice, but the managers are rude. Avoid this place.

So I've noticed when there is a line another employee usually uses a iPad device to keep the line moving. Well this specific day there was a line of 6 people. I believe there was a new worker bald man on register. And I noticed the store manager chris ( because of his name tag) stood by not even a concern for him. Then going to the computer like there wasnt any people. The worker clearly needed help. He ended walking outside and walked to a car. As the store manager he should help his coworker. This store manager he seems like we are always bothering him. I noticed while waiting ( before ) in line he grumbles or looks irritating as someone is trying to decide which drink to get. As he is trying to refill. He just seems really annoyed awkward. And just doesnt want to be here.
