It would have been nice, if they used paper cups, instead of plastic cups for their smoothie/fruit juices, to reduce plastic consumption, ending up in the trash. Plus, they were using a plastic cutting board, instead of wood, to cut their fruits, veggies, etc. Just by going to the juice bar, we have consumed a lot of plastic, without realizing!
