I have been to this location 3x, but am usually a regular of the Cornelius location (which I have…read morenothing but GREAT things to say about that location & thr employees there) there is a female, black employee who I've seen each of the 3x I have been in, & she is so rude everytime. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again.
