Tried their cabbage soup (too much tomatoes) and their coconut lentil, coconut flavor doesn't work for me. Bill $115.83. Not discount here much. Mango smoothie doesn't taste fresh or right it me. The fresh fruit doesn't look so good. Some mold on the raspberry and peaches.

This place sold everything that I was looking for in a health food store as well as my Essential Health Food drinks. Prices here are very affordable and I recommend being a member here if you stay in the area. This store is also bigger compared to other better health Market stores as well. It's never too busy here either which makes shopping here a pleasant breeze. Definitely recommend stopping here when you get a chance

I bought a Geeked 3g vape from this place and it tasted like straight perfume mixed with chemicals…read more Absolutely vile. I couldn't even finish a hit. This is, without exaggeration, the worst vape I have ever experienced in my life. Total garbage. I brought it back expecting basic accountability and instead got shut down immediately by the manager. No help. No explanation. No effort to make it right. Just a flat refusal, like they don't give a damn once your money is already in their pocket. Let's be clear: there are COUNTLESS dispensaries everywhere, and this one decided to lose a customer over $20. That's not just cheap -- it's pathetic and tells you exactly how they operate. They will happily sell you trash and then act like it's your problem. This place has zero integrity, zero respect for customers, and absolutely does not stand behind what they sell. They're only here to take your money and move on to the next person. Do NOT shop here unless you enjoy being disrespected and stuck with unusable products. I'll never be back, and I'll make sure anyone I know avoids this place like the plague.

I have asked no less than 8 times to have my number removed from their call list, and yet I received another call today to "let me know about a new product". When I call back, no answer, of course. I called there during business hours today and no answer...phone eventually went to a fast busy signal. With service like this why even bother having a store...just close it down and operate online. On a good note, I called the Rochester store and spoke to Charlie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable too! I'd rather drive a little further and avoid the deadbeats at the Hall Road store.

I've previously tried the Chocolate Chip cookie after hearing great reviews about it and how it doesn't have any egg, dairy, and soy. It's packed with 16g of protein and it is a good source of fiber! The list goes on but the fresh baked cookie is pretty delicious. Sue was a great help! She helped me locate the complete collection of Lenny & Larry products as well as tell me how her husband loves the coconut chocolate chip and double chocolate peanut butter swirl cookies. I almost bought every flavor! At $1.99 each, they are the cheapest I have found. Not to mention this store has the most variety. I'll definitely be back soon for all my health and fitness needs. Sue and staff were really knowledgable and able to answer all my questions.

Mind you, the line didn't move, was waiting on two original people who were already there when I got there which is fine but waiting for 30+ minutes on them just to grab a pick up order is dumb. Then there was two people helping ONE person, that's unnecessary, and same third person that was just wondering around going back and forth between people that were helping the original two. Kept disappearing to the back. You guys need to figure out a way for pick up orders and learn to move people along quicker when you have 5+ ppl waiting in your lobby, and who knows maybe they were also pick up orders that could've just walked in and out. A total waiting time of 48 minutes For two original people and the line never moving. Straight up ridiculous.
