The protein is disgusting and the worst I've ever had. It is grainy and just plain terrible. The staff can be knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction however AS most if not ALL Vitamin shops they try to push you on "their" product. Here's a typical convo: "Get that cleanse if you want to be running to the bathroom all the time!"..."Oh, Yah but it's all natural and less expensive?!! " .."Try this Vitamin World cleanse, it won't have you running to the bathroom"...."oh the Vitamin World cleanse that's $20 more, sure why not". Don't be fooled people, just read the labels and don't get sold on their products only. This goes for ALL nutrition shops. Vitamin World does have some decent products but not all their products are "THE BEST".

Now, when my thumbs do start to hurt, I just use a little at the base and relief is immediate. I've had this thumb pain off and on for decades, so it's great to finally find something that stops the pain when it gets bad enough to be distracting. I've also tried their edibles and oils, and I like the Bliss best. The CBDV in this formulation decreases my appetite some, which is a nice side effect. Other items that I was looking for were out of stock. Their hot food and salad bar was very low on food. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a long time.
