I have come away smiling! First, the service. The service is always top-notch. The servers at the window have all been colorful, warm, interesting and conversational characters! And not only do they talk to me like a human and they seem genuinely happy to see me, they treat my old boy like he's a citizen, too. He gets a pup-cup every time, and he get the choice between whip cream or ice cream, with a little doggie treat in it (of course he does, he's a dog). He gets excited every time I go there because he knows he'll be seen, given a special treat, and be talked to (he loves attention, food, and just generally being spoiled). My drink is always the same, so I am not sure of other choices, and I never order the food (a bit too pricey for me) but my drink is the pumpkin caramel latte (I think, haha) with extra caramel and a helping of whip cream on top. SO good. I am glad that I listened to the server's suggestion and tried it. So sweet and so tasty! Between the cool and oh so interesting servers and the quality drink every time, as well as the first class treatment of my old boy, I gotta give this place five stars. Maybe one day I'll be able to stop and go inside but I am always on the go, and I usually have my old boy. Keep up the good work, y'all. You are a sweet, sweet crew and you make an old boy's day (and mine) every single time.

They go above & beyond with their customer service as well. I had a small problem when the product was delivered and I didn't notice until after the delivery guys had left. I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with.
