They were able to squeeze us in to check up on an issue with our Veloster and troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, towards the end of the visit, the guy at the desk had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to get the answers we needed, but it all worked out; we still had time to explore the area for the rest of the day. Thankyou!

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated like a member of the family. I purchased a Hyundai Ioniq5 EV. I am definitely pleased with my choice. And...by the way, it is the best smelling dealership you will ever walk into.

Oh my gosh! To find an honest mechanic, who does a good job, who is quick and thorough?…read more All three? Impossible? Not here, but wait. YES! I will look no further. Redd's id great in all three. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. My Dad was in the business, so I recognize a good place when I see it. If you are not watching, you will miss Redd's garage!! It's just off 'Sheridan gate'(gate 4) on Sheridan and Ozmun. It's right behind the empty lot where Sonic used to be. Very simple-looking place so it's easily overlooked. Don't overlook this business!

I hate buying cars and car dealerships so my last two came from Carvana where the cars were purchased online and brought to me. But this wasn't painful and Ruby was delightful. Win win for them because it made me decide to buy it! She stayed in communication through text and found answers to any questions I had. It's been a week and I'm still happy...so far so good!

We were told prior to placement that there would be a warranty of 12,000 miles/12 months by Carl. Who is lets just say very unprofessional, to say the least. At the end of the day around their close time he told us with sustain that he was DONE messing with our car, even though it was not finished. As a result the business owner/partner came out and reminded him that we were payed customers and to show some professionalism. On our day back home, two tires lost tread leaving wires exposed and the probabilities of a flat. Two days later a bubble surfaced on a third tire in the front passenger side, and sure enough driving down the freeway it blew! THIS MAKES THREE-3 tires newly purchased needing to be replaced, all within one week. The BEST PART, when I called Carl to let him know he denied the warranty, refused to replace or refund anything. Then continued to verbally bash me, using profanities and hung up right after telling me GOOD LUCK! When I called back he continued to hang up on me and I quote,"I can do this all day little girl". SO AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS "SHOP" they will take your money, rip you off and be completely unremorseful about it. P.s. when I took it to a legit automotive facility, the back tires were put on backwards which lead to the tread loss and exposure. Only placing a star bc its required. They don't deserve that.
