I had been there about a month ago to take my bike to get its services done. While it was there one of the forklift drivers damaged my bike. A job that should have taken a couple of hours turned into a couple of days due to possibly reckless driving with a forklift. They stated that due to my inconvenience that when I return they would give me discount on anything that needed to be done on the bike. Just recently I had to get a new battery for my bike and when I talked with Billy (the service manager) he stated that he would charge me $140, which I was happy that they seemed that they were willing to compensate from the last service mishap. Upon arriving, Billy had stepped out and the guy taking care of me was a young gentleman. I received the bill of $160 and I questioned why was there a $20 difference than what was agreed on with the service manager. We were then taken to speak with the parts manager and then things started to turn pretty sour very quick. He became belligerent and started dropping f-bombs and saying that $140 price was not the agreed price, then when I stated about the reason the price of $140 was given was a form a compensation the service manager agreed to was because they hit my bike, he acted like they were doing me a favor from fixing the damage and still continued using profane language. I have never encountered a hostile experience like this with any business in my life. It is evident that this attitude resonates within their service department. I understand supply and demand of being here in Lawton of motorcycle dealerships and service business is not very abundant, but I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this place. I would recommend someone going elsewhere or even out of town. I personally will never do business with this organization.

Took them in for repairs and was charged over $200 for the repairs. Get them home, an hour drive, for them to not stay started and the other won't even start. Called them to tell them and they said they're repair shop is closed until after the first of the year So if you're thinking of getting a gift for your kid for XMAS, think again. It's weird that 2 different CC's bought totally separate in times, both don't work!! You'll get charged for their POS to get fixed!

I called back Friday afternoon. the woman that answered the phone was very rude. she said they had been out of the shop on errands all day and had not looked at my bike but they would look at it Saturday. I called back Monday again she was very rude and said they had to get new injectors. I asked how long and how much she said I don't know they don't tell us when things are going to get here maybe tomorrow. I called back Tuesday again she was very rude I asked if she heard anything about the injectors again no we don't know anything yet, we said we would call you. I called Thursday and asked for an update. again very rude and hateful, she said no they are not in and we don't know when they will get here I told you we would call you. I will never again take my bike to that shop.
