He didn't get one so I turned to Yelp. I got a reply from Leiva's really quickly and the pricing was so much better than the franchise maids. I knew I wanted to go with a small shop and I spoke to Susana that day and scheduled the service ASAP. She arrived prepared and on time and the cleaning could not have been more thorough. She went above and beyond what I expected for him and we set her up to come by every two weeks. I got lucky with this one!

They came unprepared, they didn't even vacuum!!! They said the vacuum broke... they promised to shampoo the carpet but when they got here they said they couldn't do it. It's beyond upsetting. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS CLEANING SERIVCE. It's almost like a scam.... My house is still dusty, it doesn't even feel clean. And to charge for a half ass service like this is not fair.

I was hoping to keep this incident off of yelp and even attempted to work with April outside the…read moreplatform but she did not want to do so, therefore here I am writing this review. I'll be attaching photos of April's finished work results below as well. If you don't feel like reading the whole story here's a summary. There were so many issues leftover it was like no one came to clean...They dusted around items instead of actually picking them up and dusting, they didn't clean the cutting board in the kitchen so I had to scrub it myself, I specifically asked April to clean the base boards and fans and even walked through the house with her before starting and none of that was done. The pictures honestly say more than I could but if you want the full story continue to read below. April at first was very accommodating to my schedule, I had to change the date several times due to complications in my schedule but she still came when we finally agreed on a date. April and I had decided 12PM she would begin, she texted me at 11:45 letting me know she was on her way and would be there right at noon however she ended up being late anyways and she didn't arrive until 12:20. I had some organizing to do at the house so I was planning on remaining at the house while she was cleaning. I let her and her partner come in and from the looks of it she seemed promising, had a bucket etc like a normal cleaning service wood. She walked through the house with me as I showed her the things I wanted specifically cleaned and got right to work. They finished in 1 1/2 and I thought to myself this was great! Later that night I was putting items away and noticed the base boards were still completely filthy! I got frustrated being that I specifically pointed them out to her to be clean but I let it go thinking it was just a one time fluke...boy was I COMPLETELY wrong. I now have a LONG list of things that were left uncleaned, some mentioned above but if you look at the photos even the window sills are left completely disgusting, one with a dead fly just left there!!! I paid $150 for this crap??? I then check out the fans in the room, none were dusted, my cabinets were still so dusty, and when I moved stuff around on the counters there was dust everywhere! I texted April with photos of the work and she offered to return to fix it, I honestly at this point did not want her service again but asked if she could return $50 to me for the inconvenience and not doing her job correctly. I didn't see the point in asking for a full refund because they did do some work and they drove out here but $50 I think was reasonable... April told me she didn't do refunds and I was beyond disappointed at that response given the results she left me with. If I were her I would have issued the refund IMMEDIATELY! I would have been so embarrassed for a client to send me photos like that only 2 days after my services. Anyways if you want a crappy cleaning job go ahead and hire them but I would steer clear if you are looking for actual quality work. I'm definitely going to be posting this on my neighborhood pages to let others know how bad of work April did and to beware of her company. I would definitely consider looking elsewhere for a house cleaner...

I went through all the areas that you asked them to clean but it wasn't cleaned then I asked them to come to clean it but they kept complaining and saying they are tired. Then I let them go; however, I felt the house was still the same way before they came. Even though the house was empty with no furniture at all which make it so much easier to clean. The windows was just cleaned from inside with extra change $15 per window even though I have a lot of windows but they are all medium size windows. Anyways, they're new in the market and they don't have enough experience. I don't recommend them unless you direct them all the time.

We hired Blasingame to do a full house deep clean after a whole home repipe. Since there was some…read moreconstruction dust in parts of the house we paid extra, (total of $450) for a 2 story 2300 sf home. They did an average job. We had 3 people come clean the home and John (owner husband) was by far the best. He moved furniture, he scrubbed and re-scrubbed and all the areas he was in were done very well. He also helped me put cushion covers back on my couch Unfortunately, Amber (owner) and the other lady they brought were not as thorough even though they were there a total of 6 hours, they left at 10pm. FYI, don't do something this late since you can't really do a good walk through without all the light that is needed. The next morning when my wife came home we saw all the stuff they didn't do. Parts of the kitchen were just not touched. The freezer was not cleaned. I had fingerprints on my oven. I had dust on my kitchen counters BELOW items, ie they were not picked up and cleaned below, or likely the area was just not done. We had some texture still on door that just requires a wipe down with water to come off but that wasn't done. The floor below our wine cabinet wasn't touched at all even though there is plenty of clearance. Since we had delays from another vendor they couldn't finish our master bath. I had agreed with Amber that I would pay her in full and she would come back in 2 days to clean it since that is when she would be back in town. When we sent an email the following AM to Amber telling her we would want her to come and fix some of these items, she curtly responded saying we would get a $15 refund for not doing the master, and that the relationship is no longer needed or wanted and the check was in the mail. This was just amazingly horrible customer service. She knew my wife was coming home after being away and that the master bath needed to be cleaned otherwise we couldn't use it. By pulling out at the last minute we had to scramble to find another crew to come clean it (they came 2 days later). Her tone was uncalled for and completely rude and the $15 was just insulting. I had to put a stop payment on the check in order to get an appropriate refund and this was after 10 more back and forth emails that were just unnecessary. At one point, I had to deal with the office manager, I guess Amber didn't want to engage anymore. I would not use them again, even though John was really good. They are very expensive and while John may be worth it, the rest were not. A simple let me come back and fix it for you is all that was needed. The poor customer service and handling of the situation just confirmed why we will keep looking for a good monthly cleaning crew.

Working with this company was extremely disappointing. I was excited to find a family run business…read morewhere I had hoped to get a bit more personal interaction and care. But that was most definitely not the case. I had them come out for a cleaning, I am 9 months pregnant and was very excited to have some help in getting my home ready. I did their $99 initial cleaning service, for my very small 700 sq ft home. I was told it was a 3 he service with 1 cleaner. On the day of two cleaners came but one was clearly new as she was being instructed on how to clean by the the other cleaner. We had planned to leave and asked to be texted so we could come back. But did pay before we left, which was clearly our first mistake. We came home after 2 1/2 hrs and they were gone, with no text. The house was not done being cleaned at all. Our entire living space floor was not done. The entertainment center not touched. Food at the bottom of the sink, kitchen floor not mopped, and small area rugs not picked up and vacuumed under. But our money was gone. I took pictures and emailed the owner to let her know how awful her employees had done. Instead of responding to me she had the cleaner write me back using her email, at first apologizing, and offering to come back and clean for free. This email was shortly followed by an odd series of emails basically discrediting the original apology, stating it was just a $99 initial clean and they did the best they could, and then another saying I should have paid for the $300 deep clean if I wanted more. Except these things missed are extremely basic, and were specifically listed on THEIR checklist for the basic initial clean. I replied with my disappointment in the odd series of emails, again requesting to speak with the owner amber, thinking she would care about the quality of her business, and literally never heard back. Except for a few days later when I got a random text from someone stating they were the office manager, asking for my email to send me a receipt invoice. So clearly they are also not at all organized and had no clue who I was and that they clearly already had my email. I've honestly pretty much only used yelp to write positive reviews. This was by far my most disappointing experience. I wish I had read the other yelp reviews to see that this is a pattern of awful customer service and business. And that the owner truly doesn't care at all.

All hail Shannon! She is AMAZING!…read more Just bought a new home, needed it deep cleaned before moving in. I called at least 10 other cleaning services before I found Shannon and none of them could come in short notice. Her cleaning style is incredibly strategic and organized. It is apparent that she thoroughly thinks things through before taking action. Her son and her make a great duo and work very productive together. The 4 hours of cleaning they did were more like 6 hours worth of work. Their time efficiency is astonishing. My cat went missing due to the vacuuming and Shannon said, "I am not leaving until we find the cat" and helped me search the entire house after she was done with hours of hard work. Wish I could give her 10 stars. Friendly, thoughtful, thorough, glowing with positivity, Shannon exceeded my expectations to say the very least.
