After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early. We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Don is the biggest reason we'd use JB Livery again - he was a wonderful conversationalist, kind, professional, and, of course, an excellent driver. The groom reached the office once and was told they would reach the driver and call back and an hour later there was still no callback so both wedding parties had to drive themselves. Unfortunately Yelp makes you select at least 1 star but not a deserving ranking. How is this place in business. Thanks for ruining my sister's day. UPDATE: it has been 1 week since the wedding. Neither the groom nor I have heard anything from this company. Clearly they are not trained in customer service or business etiquette. Again, 1 star is extremely generous, especially considering a week has passed without a callback to my voicemail, callback to the groom, response to this post, or response to the groom's letter that was mailed at the beginning of the week.

At 3:30 I called my fiance and asked if he heard from them, which he said No. He called, they said they would call the driver and call him back. Guess what, they never called him. He continue to call the office and the number he had for the driver with no luck, as did one of my bridesmaids. Both left voicemails and none were returned. Thankfully each house had a couple of vehicles there, so we drove ourselves. But we shouldn't have had to do that. We should have been in a limo and the fact they completely ignored us the day of is 100% unacceptable! People always say something goes wrong on your wedding day, in just glad it was at the beginning of the day (as stressful as it was at first) rather than later on. If I ever need a limo company again, I will be sure to look elsewhere and continue to let people know not to use this company!

They don't send you e-mail confirmations, but they were organized and responsive when it came to my booking. However, I was shocked with the condition of the limo when it arrived. Limo was extremely old with lots of visible wear and tear. Stains on the exterior, very worn leather and carpet in the interior. The ceiling of the vehicle was basically black cloth that was sagging in certain areas. I booked the limo for my friends and i who were going to a concert, so you can imagine how embarrassed I was when the limo arrived. I would have been willing to look past the condition of the limo if everything else was functioning, but it was not. It took the driver a few minutes to get the back seat to fold down so we could get our tailgating stuff in the trunk (not a huge deal, but annoying since you expect the limo you rented to be in decent shape). The deal breaker for me was that there was no AC in the limo. It was probably close to 90 degrees and we had no AC for an hour drive. It was an uncomfortable and sticky ride to say the least! The only saving grace was our driver, Dave. Dave was courteous, friendly and just awesome to hang out with. Price was better than a competitor (I knew the competitor because I used them year ago) by just under $100, but honestly I would have paid the $100 if I had known what the difference in the limo would have been.

The worst has yet to come...we leave the place it picked us up from and about a mile down the rode the limo breaks down in the middle of an interaction. Yes..IT BROKE DOWN! After multiple tries of the driver trying to restart the limo while we remained in the sweatbox in the back, we realized we were stuck. Here we are 10 ladies all dressed up ready for a night of fun and we're sitting in the middle of the intersection having to miss our first stop of the night due a broken down limo. We decide to get out of the limo and sit on the side of the road so that a couple of us can walk back to our car and try to salvage our already disastrous night. There was no other limo for them to send us so we were on our own for the rest of the night having to find another limo company on short notice and having to change our plans completely. And we're still trying to get them to compensate us but they refuse to call us back!
