I went to the store so many times for a few months. We decided to go with the leather and Jackie showed our piece and make sure we are happy with it before they started making. In my opinion, I would describe it as "less expensive" than RH retail shops, but far from a good deal. On top of that, many of the items appear to have some damage and/or wear. The ones that didn't look damaged looked like they were there for the other obvious reason - dull, lacking in style or aesthetics and nobody wanted it. If you live nearby, maybe worth a look. I would not go out of my way to visit this outlet. I can't really comment on the quality of their service and staff since nobody greeted me or said a word the entire time I was there. So I have no way to judge. 2.5/5 stars.

Frankly, when walking into this store I wanted to buy half of the items I saw...and still might! After a lot of hemming and hawing we picked out a new table, chairs and bookcase. They were set to be delivered in about a week, but after a few days at home doing some head scratching and more measuring we decided to axe the table and go with another we initially thought wouldn't fit. We worked with Santos who was very patient and helpful in changing our order (at no cost...there IS a 14 day return policy). Items were delivered and installed today in about 45 minutes. Just need the chairs to get here in a couple weeks and we're good to go. That is, until I go back and plunk down some green for that living room chair I spent a lot of time in whilst the wife worked with Santos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for Scandinavian furniture but I really love this store.

You walk inside and it just feels cold, and unwelcome. Whose dumb idea was to paint the entire store blue? A five-year-old doing a Google search for psychology behind Blue color will see first thing: "Excessive or inappropriate use of blue, especially in certain combinations, can create a perception of coldness, distance, or even emotional unavailability". This is exactly what it feels like here. A huge blue warehouse that is cold, unavailable and stinks so bad that All I wanna do is leave as soon as possible. Don't need to be a corporate shark to see a recipe for failure. As you walk around, there's just nothing really that stands out that I would buy. Prices are high and the choices aren't that great either. Anyway, sorry these guys are closing, but no, not sorry.

If you never shopped here, this place is amazing. It is like a designers paradise on a budget. You can find really good deals on patio furniture, garden decor, and any thing you need for your home. They tend to have lots of sales so if you are looking for something at a reasonable price, I suggest you visit this store. It's actually a modular sofa that we were looking for. The convenience of paying by Zelle was a plus. We absolutely got a great deal. Thank you CostLess for being in our community and thank you Annas for providing such high-quality, professional customer service! I highly recommend CostLess for furniture/couches, but if you find what you are looking for, buy it because you might not be so blessed as we were to find it right away at the warehouse.
