I don't know if such fast service was luck or a regular occurrence but either way I'll take it. When I picked up my vehicle the dent and scratches were repaired with zero issue.

These guys are craftsmen, taking out various tools, fixtures, ropes, and rubber mallets to remove the dents. I was amazed at the results. Almost like new. I got three estimates for repairing the front bumper on the passenger side of my Honda CRV. All…read morethree estimates had identical parts, part numbers, and hours of labor to do the repair. Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!

I made an appointment with this business and despite confirming my appointment via a link they sent…read moreme in a text , the staff at Premier completely forgot about my scheduled time. To make up for that , it got offer a complimentary engine wash, which I appreciated and thought it was a nice gesture, so thank you for that. The service got rescheduled for today. This morning my car got a full detailing service, and I'm disappointed with the results. The guy doing the work failed to open and remove dirt from the arm rest/ console box in the middle of the front seats of my car, he also left behind a noticeable smudge on the window. It's evident that he rushed through the job, and the lack of attention to detail was obvious. I will not be returning to premier auto detailing nor recommending their services to others.

Worst of the worst, to start off they took more than a month to fix my car which created lots of…read moretransportation issues for me. Then after detail cleaning my car i noticed how shitty the paint hob was, a little kid would seriously do a way better job at painting than the people here. Also, throughout my car and rims there were paint stains from the car that was being painted when i went to pick up my car which made me furious, ruining my investments. Another thing I realized after a while since i don't really use the doors that got fixed i decided to check them out, and after opening and closing the doors it makes a rattling noise which indicates there is something loose in there. The button on the handle of my rear passenger door that unlocks the door does not work anymore which is funny because even after the collision I had everything working perfectly fine and after getting my car it was in a worse state that i brought it in. And the last straw was today when i tried using my wipers for the first time since i got my car and it did not work, I thought it just ran out of water but instead I find out the water hose was perfectly cut so i had to spend out of pocket money to get that fixed, although it wasn't that expensive it's the pettiness involved in this job that pisses me the fuck off. I am not looking forward to finding out what else they fucked up in my car not to mention all the new little scratches i found. If you want to get your car fucked even more and love shitty ass jobs, this is the place to go, but if you're a normal person like myself you will definitely get the fuck away from this place and never deal with this company. I wish I could give this negative stars. Fuck this company.
