Nothing but great things to say about this place. My wife…read moreand I have always been the type to open a gym membership, pay for it monthly, show up for a few days, and then never touch it. This place has not only changed our routine, but also gives us the motivation to keep coming back. The staff/coaches are great! We really feel right at home every time we come in, and they know how to push us to get our full potential. This has become a lifestyle!! Thank you to David, Nick, Karen and Jay! Thanks to you guys this isn't just a New Year's resolution, but a lifestyle change!! #NoDaysOff

I never thought I would leave a negative review, but this experience definitely deserves one…read more I signed up about a month and a half ago and had no issues until this past week. During a typical workout, I was exercising alone at what turned out to be a double station. When I finished, I realized it was a shared setup. I assumed the next person would simply use the other side so I could complete my final exercise. Instead, a woman approached me in a very aggressive tone and demanded that I move so she could use the station I was on. I calmly explained that I only needed one more exercise and then the machine would be all hers. She refused and began calling me names, repeatedly saying, "You're always a bitch," while calling the trainer, Karen, over for backup. I stayed where I was because I had done nothing wrong. The woman eventually moved to the other station, but she aggressively pushed the machine in anger. I then explained to Karen that this behavior was completely out of line and that there was no reason for me to be disrespected or spoken to in such a hostile way. Unfortunately, Karen minimized the situation, saying it wasn't a big deal and that she didn't want this happening in her class. She suggested we just move on. I felt the situation was being brushed aside, possibly because she has known the other two women longer than she has known me. During my conversation with Karen, the other woman's workout partner, Tania, approached and began insulting me. I told her I was not speaking to her, and she responded, "You don't know me, you need to be careful." I perceived that as a threat. At that point, I informed Karen that I would be filing a police report. Again, she minimized the situation and told me not to do it onsite, adding, "I'm not your parent, I can't tell you what to do." When someone makes statements like that during an argument, it should not be taken lightly. As staff, Karen should have handled the situation professionally instead of dismissing it. The police came, and I filed a report. One of the women later told Karen she felt sorry for ruining her pre-Valentine's Day. Perhaps next time she should manage her anger better. The other woman stated she was a paralegal and "knows the law" as I was leaving, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. After speaking with a few friends who previously attended this gym, I felt leaving this review was important so management can improve how situations like this are handled. Later that afternoon, Karen called to inform me that my membership was being terminated because things "got out of line." I do wonder whether the other two members' accounts were also terminated. I proceed to explain this lady insulted me and called me "bitch" which Karen said is not a big deal when someone calls you that you move on. I am sorry what? I left a message for the manager, Payton, whom I met when I signed up, but I have not received a response yet but I was able to speak to wife about the situation briefly and she assure me he will get back to me. Again still no response from Payton. Based on this experience, this gym will not be getting my money again, and unfortunately, this is the review they earned.

It's very dirty and the "clean-up" stations are not consistently stocked with spray bottles to wipe equipment when you're done using it. Staff do not appear to circulate the room consistently to ensure member compliance, so I've witnessed numerous members just leave machines or benches without wiping them down. I've even seen a member walking around completely barefoot, no socks, nothing! The cardio machines, most notably the Stairmasters, are filthy and caked with sweat residue. They are also in serious disrepair - I had to try three stairmasters before I found one that was working properly. The other two would not allow me to go past a level 5. The machine that did work, however, did not respond immediately when I pressed the stop button. I had to press the stop button like 6 times before it even slowed down! This is a serious safety hazard! The free weight section is well stocked, but it's fairly cramped, which is exacerbated by groups of young men who all stand around each other chatting while one of them does a set of bicep curls. Overall, I will continue to attend simply because the boutique weight-lifting gym I teach at has a limited schedule, and I am looking to supplement my workouts outside our class schedule. But I'm not pleased that I have to bring my own sanitation materials and that I can't count on the machines to function properly.

(1 Star) Disappointing for a UFC-branded gym--dirty, dated,…read moreand not worth the price Visit details: Dropped in recently expecting UFC-level standards. Left pretty shocked at how run down this location is. Check-in & staff: Front desk associate was polite, but couldn't help with basic issues (lockers, towels, music/volume). Friendly attitude, low capability. Cleanliness & maintenance: This is the headline problem. Locker rooms were dirty--old tissues and toilet paper on the floor, damp/wet areas that looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, and a lingering sweat smell. The sauna was visibly grimy and didn't feel sanitary to use. Common areas looked like they needed a deep clean and a regular cleaning schedule posted/actually followed. In my opinion, it doesn't look like anyone is auditing cleanliness with any seriousness. Equipment & layout: Most machines and free weights feel past their prime--worn pads, wobbly benches, and older models you don't expect at this price point. Cardio section was serviceable but dated. If the equipment were current, I could justify 2 stars; if it were at least clean, I could also justify 2 stars. Unfortunately, it's neither. Lockers & policy (major pain point): Lockers are old and require you to bring your own lock. In 2025, most gyms either provide digital lockers or sell/loan locks at the desk. Here, there were no locks for sale or loaners offered--so you either carry your stuff around or leave it unsecured. Other gyms I've used in South Florida don't require this; at minimum, please stock basic combo locks for purchase or provide a small supply of loaners. Atmosphere & experience: Low energy overall. No music (or barely audible), and the floor didn't have that focused, high-energy training vibe you expect from a UFC facility. The mood felt flat, and staff weren't circulating or checking on equipment and cleanliness. Value for price: Membership price does not match the condition of the facility. You're paying premium branding for a substandard experience. There are several nearby gyms--UFC and non-UFC--that offer cleaner spaces, newer equipment, and better member support. What would fix it: * Immediate deep clean of locker rooms, sauna, and high-touch areas; then post and follow a visible cleaning schedule. * Replace/repair worn equipment and benches; tighten and level wobbly stations. * Modernize lockers or, at minimum, sell/loan locks at the front desk. * Turn up the energy--audible music, floor checks by staff, and quicker responses to member issues. Bottom line: I'm giving this location 1 star because the equipment is out-of-date and the facility is dirty. If the equipment were current, I'd give 2 stars even with the cleanliness issues; if it were at least clean, I'd give 2 stars despite the old equipment. As it stands, it's not worth the effort--especially with better options in the area. The front desk attendant was nice, but that alone doesn't make up for the overall condition.

They did their best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and they also slowed down movements so that new students could learn. The studio is very clean and well kept, even the HITT room is clean. The pilates machines seem new or extremely well kept. There is a little cubby inside the room where you can put your stuff and feel secure. Socks are a must on the pilates machines and I really appreciate that. Its super relaxing in the pilates room because the lights are low and there are accent lights on the wall. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times. Other than that I highly recommend checking this studio out!

It makes such a difference to work out in a beautiful & clean space - I'm actually excited on my pilates days to be able to go to the gym! They offer pilates socks for $13 in case you forget your pair as it is mandatory for reformer pilates to wear anti-slip socks. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautiful everything here is. I was so happy with my 2-week trial I signed up for one of the monthly packages. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to try pilates or their HIIT classes!

I submitted an inquiry online and the owner, Marlon responded quickly and set up a time to speak with me to discuss my goals. I've been working with him since and he has been nothing short of amazing. They do a thorough assessment when you start to help track your progress that isn't focused on a number on a scale. Additionally, Chris helped not only with my physical fitness, but setting nutritional goals and recommendations, working with me to tweak my program to best fit my needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. The training packages are very reasonably priced especially for the quality of service you are receiving. The facility itself is always extremely clean and is completely private. So the only other people that you will see there are other clients with their trainers which makes for a very supportive and positive environment. All the trainers and team at Precision are extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. I look forward to my sessions every week and continuing on my fitness journey.
