We also got a lemon poppyseed loaf slice, which was just ok. The loaf was a tad on the dry side and needed more lemon flavor. The staff was very friendly and answered a lot of questions. The man got a coffee which he enjoyed very much. I walked away with a jar of the most amazing honey. Sorry, there are no pics because we ate it all too fast. I haven't had a pie in YEARS and the first bite of this took me right back to my childhood. These pies were packaged SO well and even after the thousands of miles and being (I'm sure) tossed around from delivery truck to delivery truck, made it to me in perfect condition. Both were really good but I must admit my peanut butter chocolate ice cream tasted like it was sitting at the bottom of the freezer for a little too long. But, with the lack of traffic due to construction, I wasn't surprised. On the bright side, my fiancé's ice cream was perfect. Our dog, Thor, even got his own pup cup! I love when businesses have options like this. It's a treat for us and a treat for our pets. The young man who served us was incredibly friendly.
