Losing my Mother to Medical Malpractice was one of the hardest things that I had to experience in…read moremy life. Finding the right legal counsel to defend my mother and her legacy was essential. The actual process of interviewing attorneys was long and arduous. That was until my family and I met the team of Steven G Wigrizer, Jason Weiss, and Morgan Kendall of the Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky law firm. Steven, Jason, and Morgan from the beginning, wanted to understand my mother and what she meant to not only her family but her community. The team was honest and upfront with us about everything. They showed compassion, but did not sugarcoat anything. Most importantly, that listened to our questions, concerns, and thoughts. This team regularly exceeded their professional responsibilities. Steven, Jason, and Morgan's preparation for trial was unmatched. As our trial began, the difference between the team from Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky and the Defendant's Attorneys was palatable. Steven, Jason, and Morgan were a well oiled machine. They spoke and presented the case with a level of confidence, precision, and professionalism that left the other attorneys, literally scrambling and fumbling papers in court. While sitting in the courtroom, I would often think to myself about how honored I was to have this team fighting for my mother. Inevitably, we won the case. We also gained an extended family. I would recommend this team and firm to anyone.

After the settlement statements were reviewed and signed, Jason and Tommy gave us a list of next steps (beyond legal diligence) in order to effectively own and manage our investment properties. I have worked with the spectrum of attorneys -- from those who barely provide feedback on contracts to those who are genuinely insightful. Fun times to try and do from the other side of the country. Not. I reached out to Steven here on Yelp, because Yelp always helps me find great people and companies, and he did not disappoint. I liked his reviews and his website seemed like he knew exactly how to help me. Something about attorneys, you always want to work with someone who specializes in the area of law that you need. I once got some very bad legal advice from an attorney who didn't know anything about family law, so trust me on this friends, even if you are reaching out clear across the country to someone you've never heard of, it is better that your buddy's wife's best friend's husband who is an attorney - and he can probably just "help you out." Don't do it. Talk to an expert. It will be cheaper than fixing bad legal advice. Let me be your warning. But anyway, back to this review, shall we? So I reached out to Steven and gave him all of the jumbled mess of a situation we were presented with. He had a really long intro phone call with us to get more information and to let us know what documents we needed to get ahold of to figure out our problem. I was a paralegal in a previous life, but these were things that I'd never heard of because this wasn't the area of law I worked in. So we set off, armed with the homework of tracking down some stuff to figure out how to proceed. And we did. And we booked Steven for an hour. He reviewed our stuff and spent the entire hour working everything out with us, guiding us on what we should do tax-wise that would not only help us but help others who are impacted by our situation. He answered all of our questions and then some. And he was a pleasure to speak with. And he didn't treat me like a moron when I asked what the heck a cost basis was, because yeah, this isn't my area of expertise. After we got off the phone with him, we felt not only confident that we got the right information to help us proceed, but that we secured the documents we need to include this property into our estate when the time comes due. I cannot rave about him enough although I know I've already been long-winded here. What can I say, I was really impressed with Steven. If he was local I would be sharing his info with my network, but if you're reading this, you are probably in PA so you should go ahead and call him now.

We really liked the Jeep and the servicing dealership was excellent, but the inconvenience and stress of dealing with a vehicle which had significant mechanical issues led us to seek a resolution under NJ Lemon Law statute. We started the process privately and soon learned that there were way too many steps that had to be followed in order to come to an acceptable outcome for our case. At that point, we decided to seek professional help & the reputation of your firm led us to obtain your representation for our case. From the introductory call which explained the entire process, to our initial conversation with Jacqueline Herritt, and dealing with her entire team, everything was explained in detail and all necessary steps were made understandable and easy to follow. Thanks to Ms. Herritt's paralegal, Kira Thorne, for making my job easy when obtaining and forwarding forms and service records. Thomas Norpel was very informative with assistance after a settlement offer was received and approved by both parties to make sure all steps were performed. And of course, Ms. Herritt for negotiating and making it all happen. We couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. It really is an experience that we hope neither our family or friends will not have to go through in the future, but if so, we certainly would recommend your firm. Thanks again for obtaining a great resolution to our Lemon Law case.
