Overall, this place is a decent stop to wash off the winter's patina of salt when it's too cold to wash in your driveway by hand. Additionally, the automated system has never stole money from me, so that's a plus. The system doesn't do the greatest job, but neither do any automated car washes I know of. The vacuums suck hard and the dryers blow hard. Key things I look for at a car wash.

I've heard the classic "don't go to jiffy lube, they forgot to put my oil filter back on story" and the other ones that are as common as the boogie man. About all the jiffy lube stations I know of. I have been going to this location for the past couple years and I have never had a single bad experience. I have even pulled up to ask if they can please put air in my tires. The last time I was there, I did have a guy who was a little shy about smiling which I think even if you are having a bad day, if some goofy girl is talking to you, you should be more personable and acknowledge the customer, I know he heard me and all it takes is a smile. I don't know what kind of day he was having, but I made it a point to go out of my way to communicate with him and make sure he knew I appreciate him and being my goofy self. Good customer service is a plus. Other than that, I have always had positive experiences, positive customer service and I continue to have the oil filter, fluids filled, everything is on and in my car, and no boogie man stories. I definitely recommend this jiffy lube and you can get gas and a carwash and clean out the inside all in the same place!

To try and shut me up he says " we can take it out and you can take your old one back" so I went with it. Snapped a picture and found the same battery online for $187, not the $299 he was looking for. It pays to question them when you go there. He was unable to show me where that amount came from.

This is a touch-less wash and while I know that these types of washes will not remove road film from the paint, I would expect that all the loose surface salt and dirt would wash off. Nope, basically the roof, hood and vertical surfaces half way up the doors and up got a good rinsing. The lower doors, rocker panels front end , tailgate, bumper and rims had not gotten enough rinsing to even remove half the loose salt and dirt. I reached out to the contact through the website and was offered a refund. I supplied my name and address, asked which wash in Enfield would be best for my truck but never heard back. So today, I used a pressure washer at home to remove as much salt and sand as I could before going to the brush style wash at 570 Enfield St.I paid for the ultimate wash then went home. Looking over the truck, the entire front grill and bumper, areas around the lower body and wheelwells, rear bumper, areas around the tail-lights and tailgate all still had a heavy road film on them. Based on trying both styles of car washes and 2 out of 4 of their facilities, I feel confident in saying that the car washes we have in Enfield are not capable of fully washing a full size truck. If you are ok driving home and hand washing all the spots that were missed, then feel free to use the Magic Minit car washes. I plan on trying the washes on East Columbus Ave in Springfield next.

Many cars are in line for a car wash though due to the rain and change of weather here. Once he finishes cleaning his rental, we will drop his off, and go get my rental from the hotel to clean it. The state has rules in Massachusetts. You can't play music as you vacuum your car. The sign says "Radios must be off at all times." I'm from Miami, Florida so this definitely won't be a great rule there since just about everyone plays music when their car is being washed and or vacuumed. I understand their rules because when you blast music, some of the music lyrics aren't appropriate and other listeners don't appreciate it. My husband most likely will be back if he need to vacuum out the van. The large vacuums are great.
