I got my bridal nails and spray tan here and let me tell you, I have found my permanent nail tech (Aaliyah!!). I loved her so much I already have booked the rest of this years appointments with her. She was absolutely so kind, and truly took the time and energy to make sure my nails were absolutely perfect and everything I wanted for my special day! I got a spray tan from Victoria and she was just as amazing! She made sure to give me a run down on all the important spray tan info, since I am very inexperienced! They both told me to not hesitate to call them with any questions, or return the next morning before I departed if I had any issues. I recently broke my wrist, and even though we're in a pandemic I had no choice but to get a pedicure. Glowout is doing everything right as far as precautions and cleanliness. Besides that the staff was incredibly friendly, the Pedicure was great and I'm super happy with the results. They have parking right in front , and more parking nearby. You'll have to wear a mask while you're in there, which you should be doing anyway. I'll be going back for sure read more

Ok, I have struggled on writing a review or not but I decided to do it. I want to start off by saying that I got along very well with Gaby, seriously great conversation. Its probably the reason I didn't notice how ugly my nail were until I went to leave. It's literally the only reason I'm give any stars, that and the decor is super cute. But my nails are hideous. I pointed out that they were thick and oddly shaped but she didn't seem to care. Trying to avoid the awkward "fix this or I'm not paying" convo I wimped out, paid, and left. Now I have to pay someone else to fix them. Not worth the hour drive or the $55. UPDATE LeeAnn reached out to me immediately after I posted this review and apologized. She was very concerned and sincere and offered me a refund. That level of customer service was unexpected and I was genuinely impressed. read more

Glowout is my new fave nail place! I've been twice-- first for a manipedi and a couple months later for an Opi gel manicure. The Opi gel was applied so accurately and looked so beautiful that I couldn't stop admiring my hands. The nail techs are friendly and pricing is about the same as other nail salons in the area. I also like being able to schedule my appointment online. My last mani was "last minute" so I was able to see all of the open times online and book the one I wanted... no waiting! read more

Review is for a mani/pedi service. A solid 4.5. I get my nails done every two weeks--- look at my yelp reviews. I am super critical when it comes to salons especially. Communication with the salon through Yelp was flawless. Extremely easy to book an appointment and they allowed me to book both my mani and pedi at the same time since I was short on time. The salon itself is very stylish with a touch of southern. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I was offered a mimosa which I happily obliged. My mani with Joi was exceptional. Not only was my gel applied perfectly, my nails were shaped beautifully, and my cuticles very neat. It has only been a few days, but I can tell my gel is in it for the long hall. It will still look good at my next appointment. The only thing I can say negative was that my nails are pretty thin as it is and I could tell they were filed too thin when the gel burned when curing. My pedicure was a bit more forgetful though and thus my .5 point deduction. It was very short and my heels weren't callus free. I should note that the polish and shape of my toenails did look nice. The price was more than reasonable. I was actually surprised at how inexpensive it was. If I am ever back in town, I will not hesitate to stop in. read more

Great customer service and atmosphere here! The spray tan person was nice and so was the gentleman who makes appointments. My only downfall is that my spray tan came out with an orange color on my skin even after washing twice. I have gotten spray tans before and it is a nice bronze color usually. This unfortunately has me orange so I will need to keep rinsing off to get it off or make less orange. read more

Tiffanie and the staff at Glowout were AMAZING! I had a mani/pedi on Wednesday June 14 while my daughter was at USC's orientation. I am a horrible nail chewer. Tiffanie repaired what was left of my fingers and painted them so expertly that - 5 days later - I have no chips AT ALL on nails or toenails and I am so proud of how pretty they are! My daughter will definitely be going to Glowout when she lives down in Columbia, and I will be visiting the salon whenever possible when I visit! I have lived in Columbia for 5 years and I've tried over a dozen different salons. My experience at Glowout this afternoon was on a whole different level. Everyone who worked there was super nice and inviting. It made me feel like I was hanging out with some girlfriends getting our nails done. A big thing for me is cleanliness and hygiene. The salon is pristine. Someone is always cleaning after each client. I got a fill in and a pedicure. I showed the nail artist a picture of what I wanted and I love how it turn out! The paraffin aspect of their pedicures it's amazing. My feet are so soft. Definitely will be back ASAP. read more

This was my first visit. I came in for a pedicure. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Receptionist was MIA for a few minutes until I had chosen a nail color. She offered me a drink and I chose a mimosa (which was free!). My appointment was at 4, and I arrived 10-15 min early. I wasn't called back until almost 4:30 (my bf said if I wasn't called back by 4:30, we were leaving). A lady that walked in the door at about 4:05ish, got in the chair and a nail tech started on her nails right away. I was never told who my nail tech was going to be, so I was pretty irritated that this lady got to go ahead of me. If she was late for her appointment, then she should've waited. After I was finally called back, I sat down at my chair and was never actually told what the lady's name was. The pedicure was a pleasant experience and the tech noticed I had ingrown toenails and cut them out for me, making sure they felt better before she continued. The massage could've been better, but I wasn't as concerned about that today, when I normally would've been. I wanted to have my fingers nails done as well, but there wasn't enough time...I assume because it was about 5:15 and she probably had another client coming in soon. All of the staff I spoke to was very pleasant. The decor of the place is super cute. I watched an older lady getting her hair done and she looked very lovely and very happy as she walked out. I'm afraid ours wasn't a very good experience at all. Last Saturday our daughter was married. We had appointments at 8:30 in the morning for 10 girls to get their hair done. There were also a few girls who were going to have their makeup done. Unfortunately, there were only 2 stylists working which slowed us down considerably. Some of the girls had to forgo their makeup in the interest of time. The bride was more than an hour and a half late arriving at the venue which as you can imagine makes things a little chaotic.
