The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have an appointment?" No one asked what service I was looking for or made me feel welcomed. The massage itself was also disappointing. He mainly massaged my back, and his hands were very rough. For my legs, he put a towel over them and lightly massaged over/around them. For what was supposed to be a full-body massage, I honestly felt like I paid $45 for almost nothing. On top of that, a woman was talking nearby during my massage, which made it difficult to relax. The worst part was at checkout. I initially planned to leave a tip, but after thinking about the quality of the service, I reduced the amount. The woman looked at what I gave her and said, "That's all?" She then pointed to a sign saying the tip was supposed to be 20%. I explained that their own sign says tips are appreciated. A tip is optional and based on the service received I had already paid the full price for my service. Customers should never be pressured or shamed into leaving a certain percentage, especially after receiving a disappointing service. Between the poor customer service, lackluster massage, noisy environment, and uncomfortable interaction over the tip, I will not be returning.

When I went with my mom the lady I got did not use enough pressure and the lady my mom got used too much pressure. Overall it's a good place for an hour foot massage (reflexology). They also spend some time on your arms, back, shoulders, and head.

So when my wife first mentioned a couples massage at this place, I was...apprehensive, to say the least. :| So having never actually had an actual massage, I have no point of reference here as far as judging how "good" it was, I can only go by how good it seemed, and it seemed really good! The place is basically like a converted house and is super cozy, that helped a lot initially as I kind of felt relaxed in the space right out of the gate. We were greeted by the 2 masseuses (masseurs? No idea honestly but they were both chicks), and walked upstairs into the couples room. The room itself was SUPER chill, like dimly lit, trippy music playing, essential oils misting, etc. etc. Really wild. The thing I didn't notice initially was that when we first walked in, it felt too warm...maybe? But once things got moving, it was actually perfect. They instructed us to disrobe as much as we were "comfortable", which for me was not disrobing at all. I was actively told by my wife that was NOT, in fact, an option. They also offered to let us use the bathroom across the hall if need be. Pro Tip here: When they offer, if there is ANY part of you that thinks you might even need to use it just a LITTLE, you should do that. Let's just leave it at that. About 5 minutes later they came back in and got started. So they basically like work your back, arms, legs, etc. Then flip you over and do like the front of your legs, arms, head neck etc. It seemed very structured and planned out in a certain way, which I appreciated. Again, having nothing to compare it to, I can only say how it was for me. And for me, it was freaking amazing. The best money I've ever spent on any kind of like "luxury thing". Felt like a completely new man afterward and have been back twice since. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the people that worked on us, but at this point, I'm pretty sure that no matter who you get, you'll be happy. Also, I elected to pass on the feet and glutes option cuz no way that's ever happening, but my wife did not and highly recommends that you do not either!
