When it was time for my wedding tan she reassured me if I needed to come back in even up to the day of the wedding to just give her a call. She came to me to do my spray, she was unbelievably professional, completely understanding about my child having to be there for a moment. She took time and made sure she got everything flawless she made recommendations of what we will do at the next appointment to better suit my skin tone to make sure that when I go on my beach trip my tan looks the best it can. Helped me with some problem areas that my normal spray tan artist didn't. I told her I was grateful she's as good as she is, but sad at the same time because she is not in Tennessee where I am from. It's clean, they have awesome beds. I do tan here. However, I hate that we have to sign a year long…read morecontract to have a membership. I just want to pay for a one month tanning package and come and tan on the months I want. I don't want to have to remember to "pause" my membership. Also, the girls need to educate the customers. I was not asked any questions about my skin type. Which in return I have no idea what bed is best for me to use. They have multiple options for different levels of beds and memberships and I feel the girls need to educate each customer based off their skin type. (What bed, how many minutes, what package would suite you best) None of that info was given to me and I felt lost. Also, the hidden taxes and fees need to be told to the customer up front when they are purchasing their membership. After fees, my card gets charged almost $10 more per month than what I was quoted. I get that it's such a busy place and they are trying to get people In And out of the beds quickly but seriously, educate your staff so they can educate your customers! The girl helping me couldn't even tell me what each package consisted of without having another girl come over and help her.

Ranie did my hair, which was in dire need of help. I had platinum on some parts, which is very fragile, and a mess of repeatedly badly dyed roots and natural regrowth. I was really expecting the color correction to be a nightmare. Ranie helped me achieve a more put together look. She pulled a more natural color in some parts to blend my roots. She very carefully added bleach to some of my roots so it wasn't a straight root line like before. She was careful to not re-bleach the already bleached areas, which is something my last hair colorist didn't do. She did a great job with the tone too. Ranie is so sweet and she is nice to talk to while you get your services done. She's always going to classes and learning new techniques. Her prices are very affordable - I think she should charge more honestly!! Sara did my pedicure a couple days later, since I made an appointment with her while my hair was being done. My feet needed some love with the dry Idaho air, and she fixed me right up. She doesn't use one of the huge pedicure chairs with the foot sink, so it's a lot more sanitary. She has disposable inserts for her foot spa, and you still get the nice warm bubbly water but without a million other people's germs. The pedicure was nice and relaxing, and she is very gentle with cuticle removal etc (I've had some people dig at me til I want to cry). Sara is also very sweet and friendly, so it's a very good experience. I don't live in town, but I will go back when I'm visiting for sure!
