I was somewhat fine during the day when I could occupy my mind with random things, but nights were like a descent into the jaws of unrelenting agony. In the midst of my despair, I googled dermatologists in my area and found Doctor Bagley. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was eager, professional, and cordial when I requested a consultation for my fiery bunghole. Upon my first visit, the nurse was lovely and very empathetic. Dr. Bagley himself was exceptionally professional and fun, which was a welcome surprise to someone whose anus felt like the central gathering for a party of fire ants. He gave me comprehensive instructions on how to eliminate symptoms so I could finish my school finals with more than two hours of sleep and gave me a prescription for an anti-fungal pill that cleared all symptoms within two days. I had several follow-ups and each time, he was just as fun and professional. He even gave my wife and I sunscreen samples because I mentioned she burns easy. I am pissed off that I paid $350 for the Ombre Brows and on day 3, they were already peeling off, like how dry wax looks, but with fake hair strokes in it and no shading behind it! I didn't feel she was confident either, I had to keep showing her where it was uneven or not right and she'd say, "oh, I see it". She also did not do it how I wanted and her response was "I'm sorry, I can do it on the follow up". I was so annoyed of the lack of confidence and that my face was now already done that I just paid like a dummy, just to get out of there! I am not even going back for the follow up. I now have to have someone else redo her work. Someone saw what she did on me and said it looked bad, like she had used cheap, or bad ink and that her work was not even. I felt embarrassed. I have texted her, called, left vmails and she doesn't respond until maybe 2 days later. After I complained her text response was "follow the instructions" as if I hadn't already and she told me to just "fill in the blank spots with a pencil. I got no phone call, no hello, or any sympathy for my concerns when she finally responded either. Any business u go with, u should be able to get in contact with them and or hear back from them within 24 hrs, she does not!! I think these 17 or so other reviews are full of it and being nice. When I have expressed my concerns, or how they look....it's like she will not call me to reassure or make things better, but it's like she's blaming me for how they are now. That is not good customer service! Look at my pics and u be the judge if u wanna be next in my shoes! Service: Ombre brow

So I've been getting my nails done here for a while, they do a fabulous job on acrylics! Plus they have a ton of choices when it comes to acrylics! It's awesome. Recently I decided to take off my acrylics and go for Gel, so I removed them myself and got a pink manicure with a silver and pink flower ring finger. SUUUPER CUTE! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we worked out all the colors, and she made my nails not as wrecked as they were. It was awesome and the girl is as sweet as can be! So every time I've gone in I see the SAME girl. Some day I'll update this with her name. She's the young one maybe 19-22 or so, she is just.... Awesome. Super sweet, never hurts me with the drill, always checks for bubbles. When I was getting my gel manicure she checked that I liked it each time she put my hand under the light. She is awesome. I can't say much about the other lady and the gentleman there because I've only ever sat with HER! Some day I need to put her name in here. Also attached is a picture of an acrylic fill she gave me and my pink gel. The fill is Pink and White with Glitter powders, this is not your basic acrylic french manicure. It costs extra because it looks better and it uses two different acrylic powders. She also did both designs for me free of charge! The other lady offers designs too, I would also imagine they would be free of charge as well.
