The Salon is okay, but very unprofecional. We moved from Beverly Hills so we dpmt know many people, but they got my wife right in for a root touch-up, and pulled up her extensions quick appointment. Which i was actually happy about, and so was my wife "she thought she found a new salon" She was excited, as was i so i walked in even bought a bunch of hair products and asked Denise if they who was the only friendly one in all salon she booked her next 3 following appintments and wrote them down on the business card. Nevertheless my wife recieved a phone call from Rose wanting to hange the hours of those appointments, instead she went ahead to say the hours my wife wrote down were incorrect. We have proof of the appointments they are the ones who wrote them on a card. So what i think happened here was Rose got her feelings hurt for no reason, next thing you know we get a phonecall from the Owner OF THE GLOW SALON "DAVIDA" my wife had encountered her unprofessionalism while on the chair she said her hair was damaged, and needed to go to a color correctionist. Anyway she called to ruin our valentine 03-14-26 to let her know that my wife was unkind to her staff, and that she was an "UNFIT" CLIENT". I find this very difficult to believe my wife is the nicest most genuine women you will ever meet. So just like anyone or any bussines if you want to change an appointment ask instead of saying oh we have this day at this time so change time a total of 3 appointments. I strongly suggest if The Glow Salon want to keep their clients they learn how to treat peaople nicer. And i mean the Owner very Unprofecional read more

Three visits under my belt. First visit was a consultation, I was thrilled to get an accurate understanding of what to expect regarding the services we were pursuing. Second visit I received a fantastic cut from Angela, and left the salon feeling like a new woman! I thought I finally found an upscale salon where I'd receive a quality haircut but I was not impressed. She styled it and it looked ok but after trying for days to give it the benefit of doubt, my haircut is truly awful and not what I asked for. I gave her a photo so she knew what I wanted and at the last minute, after she asked me if I liked it, she turned the chair away from the mirror and started cutting away rapidly. I couldn't see what she was doing but my word it is bad! At the price I paid (80 with tip) I guess I was expecting a better cut. It honestly looks like she placed a bowl on my head and cut around the sides. I could have gone to one of the chain salons that spend five minutes on you and got this same crappy cut for far less money. Thankfully hair grows back given time, but it was Very Disappointing. Also they could put some effort into smiling and being kind at the front counter, the woman sneered at me the entire time. I give this place two stars and that is being kind. read more

I received a recommendation for Glow Salon, as I recently moved to the area. I called and scheduled an appointment with Davida. I came in with long hair that I absolutely loved and decided I wanted to donate it. I have not had short hair ever in my life, so this was a very scary haircut for me. I received a WONDERFUL cut that is layered in a way that makes for extremely easy maintenance and looks great. She was able to shape it to my face and not make it look "Dora the Explorer"-ish. I could not have asked for a better haircut, especially with that HUGE transition from long hair to short. Glow Salon sent my hair to Lock for Love. I HIGHLY recommend Glow Salon. So as part of a rejuvenating week, my family and I got facials with aesthetician Stephanie, she is amazing! Not only was everything tranquil, our skin felt clean and new, and she used an fantastic moisturizer. She also took time to answer a lot of questions with regards to skin, regimen, and issues. I personally love extractions and Stephanie went above and beyond to help get rid of so many blackheads. If you've never had a facial, get one! My wife and I had the best experience here today. My wife Teri is undergoing Chemo for Stage One Breast Cancer and decided that it was time to get her head shaved. I decided to do support and get mine shaved as well. It was a big and emotional step for her to take. Our stylist was April. She handled us with kindness, compassion and respect. Loved my experience here!! I had Cassie as my stylist and she was super nice. We talked the entire time and there was no time for awkwardness or anything. She made me feel comfortable, which is important to me! I had long hair that was down to my hips, and I told her I wanted a change. She suggested a shoulder length cut, and I liked it!! However I still haven't managed to style my hair the way I like yet, but that takes time. Now I would love to come back and get a full color on my hair. Would definitely recommend!! read more

Being a busy professional, I appreciate that I am never kept waiting for more than a couple of minutes after my arrival. She colors my hair, and the color and tecture are always very nice and natural. I sometimes have strangers comment on how nice my hair looks. I am 64 years old- so they are not flirting! The prices are very reasonable. If you are used to fancy salons, you will find this one inexpensive. The only downside is that there can be a 3 week wait for an appointment. read more
