And even…read morethough she's so accomplished, she's still so down to earth, sweet, and patient in answering every and any question. I am SO thankful to have found V&Co! I have a slight asymmetry in my smile, and over the years I've had a handful of plastic surgeons and injectors try to correct it with a tiny bit of Botox. Almost everyone overcorrected it. Valerie took the time to really figure out what was happening, asked questions no one else had thought to ask, and ultimately used half a unit in exactly the right spot. It was perfect. That is pretty representative of my experience with her in general -- she understands facial anatomy and movement so incredibly well, notices tiny details, and never seems interested in doing more just for the sake of doing more. She's also shockingly knowledgeable across so many different areas of aesthetics. Many providers in the industry seem to specialize in certain areas, but Valerie somehow knows so much about everything. V&Co is also the only practice I've encountered that has its own ultrasound, so Valerie can actually visualize filler beneath the skin rather than guessing where it is. I really appreciate that she's invested in something like that; it's not something you routinely find even in plastic surgery offices. I also started doing microneedling with Elisa and love her. She is so sweet and incredibly thorough. I had microneedling done at another practice in Nashville, and Elisa was noticeably more detailed -- she takes her time and makes sure she actually treats every area rather than rushing through the appointment or missing the edges. I'm looking forward to doing more sessions with her. Courtney at the front desk is always so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, too. They just have the best team here. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's extremely particular about aesthetic treatments and always so nervous to do anything to my face. But Valerie is the one you can trust -- her results speak for themselves. V&Co is just a really special practice and honestly in a league of its own. The gold standard.

Walked in early when she was cleaning and sanitizing the place, she started on time for my booking and got straight to the facial after having me change into the towel. The outside signage is a little confusing -- it actually looks like the place is called "iBeauty," so it took a minute to figure out if I was even in the right spot. Cindy was nice and the massage portion was good, which is the only reason I'm giving this two stars. But overall, the facial itself was disappointing. She never explained any of the products or what they were supposed to do, and there was no real cleansing step at all. She also left the room for long stretches (10-15 minutes), and I could hear her talking loudly on speakerphone just outside the door, along with other people's conversations. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and definitely not worth the cost.

I'm guilty of not having frequent facials throughout the year but after my first time here today, I'm totally hooked and a believer of the services this business offers. She was gentle at all the right times yet felt like a "machine" when she needed to go deep during the massage. I've had facials in the past before but this was the first time this experience was so memorable and gave such great results. Keep in mind the extraction portion of this service is no joke but it's also quite necessary to get all that junk out of your face! As they say... "pain is beauty and beauty is pain". I originally booked an acne facial, but after taking a close look at my skin, Cindy recommended that a congested skin facial paired with microdermabrasion would be a better fit. I really appreciated that she customized the treatment based on what my skin actually needed instead of just sticking with what I had booked. She was so thorough and took her time with my facial. She removed an incredible amount of blackheads and whiteheads, and I never felt rushed.
