She put me immediately at ease, and visiting Simply Skin for me is like spending time with a best friend . . . with great skin care results! As another reviewer mentioned, Simply Skin is a busy place, and one must make an appointment well in advance. Paige has built up a significant following due to her fantastic work. Yadira and her staff put effort info making the atmosphere welcoming and soothing from aromatics to visuals and basically all my other senses. This was my first facial and I got the dermal infusion amongst other spa treatments that come with it, so I was pleasantly overwhelmed when I left feeling totally cleansed and exfoliated and didn't notice until I got in the car that I had to do a serious search in the mirror to find my pores! The changes in my skin since my consult with Yadira only a few weeks ago are amazing and inspire me to continue seeking her care, guidance and of course treatments, and I am excited to return. My only complaint with the massage room is that the salon chairs are right outside the door and you can hear what's going on outside a bit. She said "we don't accept online appointments " "Since Covid, the girl who used to schedule online appointment doesn't work here anymore " I asked why is online booking available and why isn't there a notification on website? She said "phone appointment only" . I've seen plenty of websites that specifically state "No online reservations, call for appt". I gave two stars because I cannot rate the actual service they provide. I took a half day off from work. Incredibly disappointed
