If my dually wasn't headed to a car show I would have left just because of this. The spray soap worked great cleaned great rinsed great but the foam soap brush had no soap. Thankfully I had brought some of my own with me just in case. Again I am thankful to have found a self serve because they are few and far between but please clean the drains. The rest of the property seemed decent.

The staff were helpful, providing free alcohol wipes and car fresheners. There was also access to microfiber towels and sprays if needed. I noticed some reviews mention the vacuums have terrible suction and others say they're excellent. Personally I'd say they're pretty decent, enough to get by, but nothing spectacular. Be careful with leather seats, the vacuum can leave scratches because the edges are rough and worn. However, I'd certainly return again if I needed the service. The vacuums did the job, and that's what matters.

I like that they have carpet vacuums and regular vacuums. Every nook and cranny gets vacuumed in the vehicle which is great when you have a kid and dog in the car all the time. They offer microfiber rags and window cleaner, along with air fresheners. I wish they offered other cleaners as well in addition to the window cleaner. Unless I need the car detailed, I will continue to go to this location for routine cleanings.

That including applying the tire cleaner, spraying on the soap, using the scrubbling bubbles brush, and rinsing the car off thoroughly. After washing the car, all of the vacuum stations were occupied, however, with people cleaning the interior of their cars or toweling off the exteriors. There was no good place to wait for a spot to open up, so I just had to drive off. Finding a vacuum to use after washing your car is probably not an issue at non-peak times, but it was definitely an issue today!

Today I checked my credit card and saw they've still been charging me every month. I called corporate at (706) 938-0991, and they told me to speak with the location. When I went in person, the manager was rude, refused to refund me, and told me to call corporate again. I even called corporate standing right in front of him, and both sides kept pushing the issue onto each other. No one took responsibility. After reading reviews, this seems to be a pattern: people being charged after canceling, being signed up without permission, and being denied refunds. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB. Check your bank statements.

I usually go with the Classic Wash for $30 and it gets the job done every time. One of the best parts is how quick it is. Most of the time I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, which is perfect if you're trying to squeeze it in during a busy day. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with too. Overall just a really convenient, reliable spot.
