They said the tint comes with lifetime guarantee against installation defects. They also recently tinted the Mrs' SUV, and while they also did a good job on installing the tint (which looks great), they did fail to properly reinstall an inside door panel by leaving half the clips out, leaving the door panel loose. We had to take it back a couple days later to get this fixed. The owner and employees were all professional and friendly. Note they add 3.5% if you pay with a credit/debt card. Be sure to make an appointment; appears the employees split time between the N. Charleston location and one in Mt. Pleasant. They also do vehicle wraps, and based on the two I saw sitting outside the work quality appears to be good.
