But if you're gonna have the service let's keep them serviced properly. The smell from stagnate water in the drains was disgusting. If my dually wasn't headed to a car show I would have left just because of this. The spray soap worked great cleaned great rinsed great but the foam soap brush had no soap. Thankfully I had brought some of my own with me just in case. Again I am thankful to have found a self serve because they are few and far between but please clean the drains. The rest of the property seemed decent.

It's very easy to get in and out of the location and the staff is helpful when needed at the check in kiosk or afterward while you vacuum your car out. I like that they have carpet vacuums and regular vacuums. Every nook and cranny gets vacuumed in the vehicle which is great when you have a kid and dog in the car all the time. They offer microfiber rags and window cleaner, along with air fresheners. I wish they offered other cleaners as well in addition to the window cleaner. Unless I need the car detailed, I will continue to go to this location for routine cleanings.

Before arriving I looked up the website and was happy to discover that signing up on their app awarded a free "Top Wash," which carries an $18 value. Signing up took less than two minutes and I received the free wash immediately. We drive right in with now wait. The process is contactless and at the gate you choose your wash and pay. I used the barcode scanner for the free wash and the gate opened. The tunnel is short but effective. The wash tunnel exits into the large vacuum area. Each spot offers two vacuums, one on each side of the vehicle. My wife and I made short work of vacuuming! An employee, Troy, approached my wife as she was struggling to vacuum the rubber mats. He advised us to use the free carpet and mat shampooer available. I'd never seen such a machine and assumed something like that would be extra. He helped me carry the mats to the machine and thoroughly explained how to operate. Mats went in filthy, came out clean and dry at the end. Definitely magic. They offer heavily discounted monthly plans that pay off in less than three washes each month. I definitely plan to subscribe since we've moved from our car wash in Summerville. Fins is top notch and with a free first wash, you have to stop by.

The cars come out looking fantastic, and their attention to the bigger details like the exterior and overall cleanliness is spot on. That said, there are some small opportunities for improvement. Occasionally, I've had to ask them to revisit missed areas. They always handle it with a smile and an apology, which I really appreciate, but it would be nice not to have to check behind them. With a car wash on every corner now, this is the one closest to my house. There is another one being built across the street, which i think is a waste, but i guess if the demand is there, so be it. There isn't anything inherently great or unique about this carwash, still expensive and usually would rather do it myself in less time. Despite this, the staff is friendly, the service is solid, and I'll continue using them for now. Great spot for a car wash

At one point, I even had a membership. But after yesterday I might find a new place.... I paid for interior and exterior. After they were done, I thought to myself, well that was fast but I sat inside because it's so hot out. I started driving off and look in my minor to see a bunch of red liquid stuff all over my roof inside. I go to the back and there is all kind of dust, red something and dog hair. It was like the trunk wasn't even touched. I started to look around the rest of the car and I swear, they didn't touch the inside. The inside didn't look clean, didn't smell clean. So what did I pay for? Went around 2 pm on 8/25

You drive into a parking spot and have access to two vacuums to do general cleaning and also get in the hard to reach places, loads of really useful microfiber towels, glass cleaner sprays, air gun to blow out stuff in air vents and such, machines that wash & dry floor mats (pretty good too!). The staff was kind, helpful and friendly (I had an issue getting my car onto the rails and they were patient, nice). I'll be back! Oh and the tire shine that never does a thing in most drive thru car washes actually made my tires shine. My little old car needed that pick me up.

Today I checked my credit card and saw they've still been charging me every month. I called corporate at (706) 938-0991, and they told me to speak with the location. When I went in person, the manager was rude, refused to refund me, and told me to call corporate again. I even called corporate standing right in front of him, and both sides kept pushing the issue onto each other. No one took responsibility. After reading reviews, this seems to be a pattern: people being charged after canceling, being signed up without permission, and being denied refunds. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB.
