I noticed some reviews mention the vacuums have terrible suction and others say they're excellent. Personally I'd say they're pretty decent, enough to get by, but nothing spectacular. Be careful with leather seats, the vacuum can leave scratches because the edges are rough and worn. However, I'd certainly return again if I needed the service. The vacuums did the job, and that's what matters.

When I went in person, the manager was rude, refused to refund me, and told me to call corporate again. I even called corporate standing right in front of him, and both sides kept pushing the issue onto each other. No one took responsibility. After reading reviews, this seems to be a pattern: people being charged after canceling, being signed up without permission, and being denied refunds. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB.
