I bought a car from a local used care dealership and there was very little attention placed on the cleanliness of the interior. There was gunk built up all over the place, stains in the headliner, crayon residue on the carpet in the rear and what appeared to be a heavy stain (possible paint or something similar) on the vinyl trim by one of the child seat areas, in a few hours it all came clean. Palm Wash is a very detail-oriented company that holds high standards to what your car should look like once they are finished with it. Stephen and his crew truly take care of your car as if it was their own, and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their work. Once they are complete, you walk away with a "new car" interior. Outstanding service, I could not be happier with it. I will definitively use them again. read more

Stephen of Palm Wash did a great job on our car. We had left it in the driveway over the summer so it would look like somebody was home. This was the wettest summer in Charleston for a long time and my car had several small leaks. When we got home everything was fuzzy inside with mold and mildew. Stephen had to take the entire interior apart, and he counseled us to immediately call our insurance company. He worked until he had run down and taken care of all the leaks, and handled the issue with our insurance company as well, since we needed the ozone treatment to keep the mold from returning. We were so pleased we had him do some extra detailing work on the car while he had it. Call him whenever you have a "disaster" within the purview of an outstanding professional auto detailer. You will be glad you did! Barb B. read more

Stephen showed up on time, was personable and professional. Very knowledgeable with product and service offerings. He was able to successfully eliminate the stains on my seats. He recommended his special buff and wax service, I had no idea if the truck had ever had it done before since I purchased it used. I'm SO glad he recommended this. My 2009 Tacoma looks brand new, inside and out! Right after Stephen got done we took the truck to a professional security system install garage. They said they see LOTS of used vehicles and had NEVER seen one that cleaned up to look and feel so new. The paint feels like a new car!! They asked for one of Stephen's cards!!! Palm Auto is very reasonably priced for the outstanding quality and timely service provided!! We can't say enough!! read more

Called Stephen and discussed my situation of requiring my son's SUV cleaned from top to bottom that was full of dog hair from our beloved dog "Moose" and other mess of a typical college student. As a favor for having to reschedule my appt. later that same day because of a power outage to his building, Stephen transported me back to my place of stay while he worked on the car for over 5 hours. The car was cleaner than I had ever seen it. All of the dog hair was gone and the outside of the car was cleaned and waxed to a "T". All of the loose car contents were organized in clear plastic bags to be sorted through. I highly recommend Palm Auto for anyone wanting a professional auto detailing. read more

Got a quote for our small car ($150) for an interior/exterior detail. He showed up on time and immediately started working. This guy spent SIX HOURS working on our car. We have a dog, which sometimes rides in the car, and I swear he got rid of every single hair in the interior. He put as much attention to detail to the exterior. The car looks brand new. When I talked to the guy, he said he recently started his business less than a month ago. He dreams of opening his own car wash/detail shop. Just based on the cost, the quality of his work, and how much time and effort this guy puts in... I couldn't recommend him more. I will be calling him back next year for another detail. read more

Wow. Backstory: Pulled into work garage, spilled sticky crockpot sauce all over passenger seat but I needed to get into work before I could do anything about it. 12-hour shift later, I had zero chance of getting the mess off of my light gray fabric interior. I figured it was worth a shot to have a detail, so called Palm off a friend's recommendation. I was immediately scheduled for a very reasonably priced detail at my earliest possible date, at my house!!!! Score!! Stephen was prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. My car looks like new- not only the sauce but all evidence of my dog and messy eating habits. Can't recommend this service enough! read more

I highly recommend Stephen (owner) and Palm Auto LLC. Stephen and his wife were very helpful and professional in helping me choose the best package to clean and detail my car. He came out to my job and cleaned and detailed my car for more than 2 hours! And at an extremely reasonable price too. My car inside and out is spotless, and my fellow employees came out to look at it and they took all the business cards that Stephen gave me to me because they were so impressed with his work. I highly recommend Palm Auto for Auto Clean and Detailing, he does an awesome job! read more

I recently took my daughter's car to Palm Auto for detailing. The hood and roof of her 2001 red Volvo were weathered to a very dull finish, in contrast to the still bright and shiny sides. I was only in Charleston for a couple of more days when I made my appointment and Stephen was very accommodating to my schedule. He got me right in and his crew spent 4+ hours restoring the finish to its original sheen. I was impressed by the thoroughness and the attention to every detail. My daughter was thrilled and will definitely go back to Palm Auto! read more

I have been a customer of Palm Wash for almost 9 months. Palm Wash has been to my home to detail our two cars on two occasions, using the best on the market products to protect our new cars from the sun and salt that we experience in Charleston. Their detailing is second to none, and their service is outstanding. I, as other customer do, allow Palm Wash to come to our home when we are not in town. Honesty and integrity are just one of their best qualities. I recommend them! John - John's Island SC read more

Got our vehicle back after some minor body work at the dealership (Vaden in Hardeeville SC, they SUCK)with the interior covered in bondo dust and pollen. Don't ask me why the windows would be left open at a body shop or why they would think it would be acceptable after just a quick wipe down, but whatever. Called Palm Auto detailing and had a great experience. They came to us and did a top notch job on our 2014 VW PASSAT. Looks better than ever and yes you better believe the dealership DID PAY FOR IT. read more

AMAZING! Steven, Chris and his Crew are miracle workers! My boyfriend and I bought a 1994 Chevy Suburban that had been sitting in someone's back yard for 10 years Needless to say it was in need of an interior detail! After tireless work it went from a scary hot mess to a jewel!!! The transformation was amazing ! Our expectations were far surpassed! Can't thank you guys enough! Best part of the whole experience was the honesty and pride they take in their quotes and work! Thanks again guys!!! read more

The results exceeded my expectations. The car was thoroughly detailed and wash/wax was added to preserve the finish. The detailer even removed the black gas residue around the inside of the tailpipes. He also air dusted inside the trunk and hood. He cleaned the windows better than I could have done myself. The inside of the car including floor mats were cleaned spic and span. A very nice and thorough job. I would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to my friends. read more

Stephen is a "detailing savant"! He and his very capable/competent crew have transformed our 2016 A6 to a state much better than "showroom". Our 2002 Boxster S now looks brand new again. Finally, our 5-year-old boat is almost too clean to put in the water! This guy knows cars and boats and uses his obsessive-compulsive nature in a very positive way! If you're serious about having a vehicle detailed, this is your guy! read more

I used Palm Wash before it was "cool" to use Palm Wash and I STILL love it!! Stephen and Chris are awesome - they have a really strange quality these days in that they actually take PRIDE in their work!! They do a GREAT job and have NEVER pushed things on us that we didn't need. I trust their judgement and appreciate their guidance on how to best take care of our vehicle. I will never use anybody else!!! read more

I am super impressed. We had a pick up truck that was totally trashed, smelled like cigarette smoke, dirty and these guys came out to Folly Beach and were so professional. They totally transformed this truck that we though we would put up for sale. We are now keeping it. Even the neighbors were inpressed!! I would recommend them ten times over. Very professional and I couldn't be happier!! You guys rock. read more

Stephen has been taking care of our family cars for 2 years now. Currently he is completely mobile and delivers top of the line monthly maintenance washes or semi-annual exterior protection detail. We see him monthly. His mobile unit uses his own water and materials... all you provide is the location. Stephen and his crew are very professional. I highly recommend Palm Wash with no reservation... read more

Really exceptional service. Showed on time and got to work doing a thorough detail. Clay bar and polish really did the trick on my 04 Taco. There couldn't be an easier more gratifying way to have my truck detailed while I'm at work. I've recommended them to my friends already and will definitely be calling again soon!! read more

We drove across the country with a German Shepard in the back seat. The inside of the car was a cloud of dog hair. The outside had a thick coat of road grime. Mary and her team spent about 3 hours cleaning and it looks brand new. A very fair price. Thank you! read more

I had Stephen detail my Jeep and it's never looked better. Love the convenience of having them come to my house and not having to leave my vehicle. I will be using Palm Wash to keep my Jeep looking new for many years to come. Highly recommend this company!!!!! read more
