Dude - I have NEVER paid this amount ever for brakes and tires. I almost cried. They also told me that my shocks, that another dealer said I needed to get done, were absolutely FINE! That other place was gonna charge me like almost $3k!!! Anywho, dropped off the car at 7:30am and they were done shortly after 1pm. With the amount of work already lined up - I was shocked. I thought for sure it would be done the next day. Lastly, I got there at like 7:10am to wait and there was already a line but their procedures for this (which apparently they're used to) were so organized snd efficient and got everyone checked in and out the door in less than like 15 minutes. I've never seen that. They also clapped for us as we entered. That really caught me off guard, but I thought it was kinda cool and cute. Who does like an applause?? lol I am blown away right now. Took a car in to have a Pre-purchase inspection. I thought I could feel the clutch slipping, but…read morenaturally wanted to take it to the experts to be sure (clutch job's at least $2k on the car in question). The owner agreed. Charleston Wagon Worx plugged a computer in, and pulled codes off the car, missing various broken interior functions and a replaced windshield (I'd want to know why it was replaced - the car was a 2016). Didn't pull wheels off to look at the brakes and offered no measurements of remaining pad, etc. Icing on the cake was when they then said that they weren't able to check the clutch slippage without pulling it out of the car (I guess they're new at this or something), and wouldn't be able to do a highway drive. I called and asked for my money back now that I'm looking at a $2k clutch job. They said tough luck. So yeah, maybe shame on me for not trusting my gut, which is what I was told on the phone, but the purpose of a PPI is to check the mechanical functions of the car. I would very strongly recommend going elsewhere for vehicle inspections. A clutch should absolutely be checked in a manual transmission car, particularly when the job is this expensive. I really wondered what I paid for here - I can pull codes and do a Carfax myself. Two stars because I'm too kind to give one.

There were two men on the clock, both of which were very nice and knew what they were doing. Overall I had a great experience. They were able to get me in and out quickly. Customer service was top tier. The alignment is a bit pricier than some places at $150. They were able to do this within an hour. Now, I understand this place was terrible before. The staff specifically. (I went through the last reviews and did some digging of my own.) To my understanding the entire staff was recently let go within the last month or so for how they treated clients and their vehicles. It looks like they're on the right track to correcting the issues and the two men I worked with, Tony and I can't recall the other fellow's name, were great. I'll be returning in the future and will keep you all posted on the experience when that time comes.

Picked up a nail driving down Folly Rd. Being out of town we stopped at the first place we happened…read moreto see for tires. Was quoted $600 for one tire. Insane but we are trapped and I don't want to spend vacation shopping so fine let's get this done now. There are no other customers so how long could it take? Well the guy just goes and disappears for 15 minutes then comes out to get my keys. Rather than moving my vehicle into a service bay he parks it sideways across their ramp so that it sits at an angle. The whole time is constantly texting on his phone, presumably to ask how to do all this I think. He disappears again before jacking the car up finally. We are now pushing an 40 mins and all he has done is move my car to the least level spot before jacking it up. He now tries to take the lug bolts off but has no idea how to use the air hammer and tries using it without the compressor turned on. Quickly texting again. He goes back and gets the compressor on and spins the air hammer. Tries to take the lug nuts off but is spinning it the wrong direction. Hour in and the wheel is not off and only this idiot is now staring at his phone trying to get someone to text him how to do literally everything. Should have fired him half an hour ago but pull the trigger and tell him to put it down as I have no confidence he is going to do any of that s right. Tore still has pressure I'll go put on the spare myself and find somewhere competent to do this. If you find yourself with 4 flat tires in the parking lot of this place for the love of God call a tow truck to take you anywhere else.

I was an emotional wreck because i was in a dangerous situation plus this was the first time I had experienced something like this. Even though they were slammed with appointments, they managed to get me in! Heather was working the desk and she was beyond helpful and made sure she did everything in her power to calm me down, get my car in, and make sure everything was taken care of. This was a crazy experience for me, i was seriously freaking out but Heather and the mechanics at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was ok emotionally, and that my car was properly inspected and fixed. I got there a bit early, probably around 12:45. I didn't walk out the door get go home until 2:45. Two hours for an oil change!!
