I had to see an optometrist after seeing her. My eye was severely dilated, swollen and 30% of the cornea scratched. My eyeliner is not even on both eyes, (right side being thicker then the left) she tried to fix her mistake by trying to match my skin color which left me with pink color line under my eye. I tried to contact her through phone, text and certified mail, only to be ignored.

I had blisters on both of my eyebrows for two days. They were very sensitive to touch. I've been getting threaded for a while. I've never had this issue. I believe she was just shaving the hair with the thread bc she was so close to the skin. Also she kept using scissors which was odd. I will not return.
