When we arrived, we were the only 2 clients in the space since we had the last appointments of the night. The girls working got us checked in, offered us something to drink and let us pick out our nail color from the wall. I was glad to see they offer dazzle dry since that's been my new favorite type of polish recently. Once we had our colors, the techs had us sit in the chairs and we were able to soak our feet for a bit. The bowls they use are meant to be cleaner than the traditional pedicure tubs and are easy to move around as needed. Once we had our feet soaking for a bit, the techs started to clean/scrub our feet/ankles and calves. They also provided a warm neck wrap that we could put on while relaxing. Once they are ready to start with the lotion and hot towels, they have you recline back in the chair which was so nice. My favorite part was when they did the hot stone massage on my feet/calves. Honestly, that felt so good and lasted a nice amount of time. Once all of the pampering was completed, my nail tech started to work on my toes and made sure they were getting painted correctly. She did at least 2 coats of the color along with a base coat and a top coat so I trust the color will last for a bit. We were able to remain reclined for about 10-15 minutes while our toes were drying and then the nail techs came out to check on our toes so that we could put on our flip flops and head out. The techs were so friendly and really made sure we felt good afterwards. They helped us up off our chairs and then we were able to pay before leaving. This really was such a nice experience for a pedicure. Now that I have done the basic pedicure, I may be interested in doing one of their speciality pedicure experiences next time.

The establishment is run professionally, appears very clean, and I enjoyed their taste in music. It's fairly lengthy (yes more lengthy than this review) and strenuous but I believe it's only right to share my story regarding my experience with this business and my artist, Miriam. I initially came to her wanting microblading done because I grew up during the 'thin brow fad' in the 90s and I rarely wear makeup so I wanted a more "natural yet maintenanced" look. I will be the first to say that in the cosmetic world, I am very naive and uninformed though I tried to educate myself on this specific procedure but I partially believe she may have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. The entire process has been a complete upset and it's such a shame because the ladies were so nice while being in their presence but there was a huge lack of concern/care once I left the office (both times) and the reality of the results set in. I would text picture updates and ask questions about my healing phase and never got responses back, I called the business and also tried contacting her via Instagram where we originally met/talked. Nothing. She would actively post stories on her account but couldn't take the time to respond to a worried client.... since I was not getting any replies from my own artist, I went to a handful of others in the area with my questions regarding my results and they have all claimed that instead of microblading, Miriam looked to have attempted a tint & shade or powderbrow instead which is very frustrating for me because I showed her countless Before and After photos of women with thin eyebrows like mine and the look I wanted.. needless to say that's not what I got in return. I truly feel like I was robbed of my money and on top of that, I still decided to OVERtip her each session for her time even though her and I both knew I would leave unsatisfied and uneasy about things. At the end of the day, I'm MORE disappointed with the lack of compassion and attentiveness from my artist than I am the actual results.... and that's saying ALOT seeing how they turned out. Looking back on the situation I 100% believe it was all about the money and not having pride in her work and wanting to make things right. It took a lot of time, courage, trust and budgeting for me to finally take the steps to do this procedure and my heart is completely broken about how everything played out. I would also like to add that I know this ink is different than regular tattoos but I am tatted up and never had this issue with ink being pushed out, as she claimed happened. Also, I feel like she always danced around the issue and gave me the run around instead of being honest about my situation until everything was said/done and paid for. I naturally have dry skin and refrained from any type of excersing for 2 weeks after each session to assure I did not irritate or disrupt the healing process... in retrospect I just wish I would've put that money to better use. $700 down the drain.
