The food is basic and not worth it. The Staff is stressed. There are serveral other and better bars. The hamburger bun is pre fabricated!

Everything was great- food, service, cocktails…read more One of my favorite restaurants in the world

Heard about it & passed it many times in the past year & on a Tuesday night it was time to see what…read morethe hype was all about. It was packed/fully booked. Our choices for dinner (day before reservation) were seating at 6:15 or earlier or 9:15 or later so reservations well in advance are recommended. We started with cocktails (& they had a few creations) & had a "Buried in Sand" and a "Holy Mule-" Both excellent! Our server was helpful & made some wonderful suggestions once she found out it was our first visit. All the dishes (small & large) are great for sharing. As it seemed a staple of the menu (that changes daily) as well one of their specialties we decided to start with the Bastard Planka. A nice variety of house cured ham, salami, chorizo, pate & pickles-one of the best I've ever had. Also ordered the Klemmings Oysters as our second starter. So fresh, salty & exquisite! For main we ordered the Cod & the Munka Pork (as Pork is their specialty). Cod was cooked to perfection and the Pork had a crust that took it to another level. Both dishes were amazing! We finished with the Pistachio Ice Cream and Paris -Brest. Loved them both but the Paris-Brest is a must try! My only regret is not getting here sooner. Wonderful vibe with great service! They also have a bar area (open kitchen) where you can grab a seat to try some of the entrees or just have a cocktail, beer or glass of wine if they are fully booked. Will definitely be back. Michelin rating well deserved!

All about those mixed fries: taters regular and sweet, nicely crisped the way I like. Why can't we…read morehave mixed fries here at home?! Anyhoo, I was in the mood for a burger during my travels abroad, and the taqueria next door I was looking forward to trying was not open, so I wandered in here for a burger and some fries after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Lund. My friend that I was staying with warned me that they were on the pricy side, but I was dying for a burger to be honest. It sounds silly, because I was spoiled with such good food on this trip, but sorry stereotypical American here wanted a burger. And it was a dang good burger, that's for sure. A good size without being over the top, just filling enough without stuffing a person. I'm agreed that it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the fries made it a decent deal. And I've already mentioned I was stoked that they mixed potato and sweet potato fries in one. I enjoyed sitting at a high stool watching the courtyard happenings while eating my food. Tugg also offered plenty more treats and foods than just burgers and fries. I had my pick of options from the menu and staff were friendly enough, but I did need to seek them out if I needed anything. I would likely stop here again if I had a hankering, and I hope to be back as I adored this city. I'll say it a million more times in my reviews.

The burgers are really pricey and there is little to no service, but they taste really good. All my Swedish friends loved coming here. Pro tip: They serve spiked milkshakes.
