It is a small & cozy restaurant with a mini store in the middle selling French cuisine-everything from Foie Gras to Chocolates, cheese, Jams, Rilletes & sausage to name a few. I arrived on a Wednesday (one of the evenings they close at 8) & there were only a couple of tables full so had my choice of seating. Seems like weekends are when reservations are recommended. I wasn't sure what to order so based on my server's recommendation I started with the Salad de Chèvre. Before that came out I was served some bread, green olives & sausage which were a great start (& turned out to be complimentary). The salad was excellent with the creamy goat cheese on toast surrounded by greens. For main, although I haven't had good luck with Duck in other restaurants (overcooked, dry, no flavor, etc.), I took a chance based on recommendation and ordered the Confit de Canard with seasoned potatoes & Foie Gras. The Duck leg was exquisite! So rich & decadent! I was offered some flavored salts but didn't need them as the Canard was seasoned perfectly. The potatoes were also excellent! The Foie Gras was a seared piece topping & very good. I didn't want this meal to end! Paired it with a Matten (French) Cuvée beer which had an Amber color & was light & refreshing. I really didn't need dessert but who can resist a Chocolate Fondant? It was amazing! Luscious Chocolate middle with vanilla ice cream side. Yes! My server was attentive & took great care of me. I sent my compliments to the Chef for my unforgettable dining experience. So happy I took the detour.

It's got that 20-something meat market feel to it. Nice heated terrace, though! I did got back just for the bartenders. Good drinks, fantastic service.

The bar design is though through and the bar attracts more of the dress up möllevången crowd, unfortunately the decorator forgot the back half of the restaurant, so stick to the bar or the outdoors seating. This street has all types of bars, within a minutes walk you can find vodka-shots, a sports bar and several kinds of modern scandinavian cooking. In the summer this area has a friendly night time buzz. :)

I asked for waitress' recommendation for my main dish, deciding between steak tartar and a seafood soup, technically a bouillabaisse. She confidently replied "seafood soup". So the soup had a total of 3 mussels in it, and random pieces of fish, in somewhat heavy broth. I'm not sure what was the basis for the recommendation for this dish, but I definitely found it underwhelming. Friendly, but somewhat slow service, had an impression that the restaurant was understaffed.

Our choices for dinner (day before reservation) were seating at 6:15 or earlier or 9:15 or later so reservations well in advance are recommended. We started with cocktails (& they had a few creations) & had a "Buried in Sand" and a "Holy Mule-" Both excellent! Our server was helpful & made some wonderful suggestions once she found out it was our first visit. All the dishes (small & large) are great for sharing. As it seemed a staple of the menu (that changes daily) as well one of their specialties we decided to start with the Bastard Planka. A nice variety of house cured ham, salami, chorizo, pate & pickles-one of the best I've ever had. Also ordered the Klemmings Oysters as our second starter. So fresh, salty & exquisite! For main we ordered the Cod & the Munka Pork (as Pork is their specialty). Cod was cooked to perfection and the Pork had a crust that took it to another level. Both dishes were amazing! We finished with the Pistachio Ice Cream and Paris -Brest. Loved them both but the Paris-Brest is a must try! My only regret is not getting here sooner. Wonderful vibe with great service! They also have a bar area (open kitchen) where you can grab a seat to try some of the entrees or just have a cocktail, beer or glass of wine if they are fully booked. Will definitely be back. Some chocolate mousse & frosting-a Chocolate lover's cake. As with the Lund location, the Cappuccino was perfect-strong with a proper balance of espresso with milk & froth. You have a choice of lactose free or Oat Milk. A nice variety of seating with a couple of lounge areas in the middle. Not as many windows as Lund but still a great atmosphere with this location playing French music. No wine (as with Lund) at this location. They also have sandwiches & salads. Nice place for some dessert, coffee or lunch.
