I went to her when I had had red hair for years and then decided I no longer wanted it and put black box dye on top. It took a few sessions for her to get rid of the black and red and eventually make me the blonde of my dreams. Anything I want to do to my hair, she does it. And she's so freaking patient. I have so much hair. But she does such a perfect job every time. She's friendly, funny and an amazing hair stylist. She has a cozy, cute spot that I love being in. She can give you the hair of your dreams but will always tell you what is realistically possible and/or how long it will take to achieve your desired result. I came in with a mass of messy, dead, and unkept hair that was past my waist; I needed a change! The shop opens at 9 on Saturdays and my appointment was at 9; I was seen practically right away. I showed Stephanie the pictures of what I wanted my hair length to look like and she asked me questions to ensure that I was 100% sure it was what I wanted, which I really appreciate because it shows how professional she is. When I was unsure about certain things, she gave me reassurance and suggestions, along with honest feedback. Stephanie was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. A cut and a wash generally runs at $17, but I needed a miracle to deal with the bird's nest on my head and so it was about $25 for me, not including a tip, which I thought was fair. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I really love the outcome! I like long hair and I miss mine already, but I'm excited to style it differently. I cannot wait to go back for my balayage!
