I went in with pretty damaged hair hoping they could take me blonde not only did Juan do that beautifully, my hair feels healthier than before! Hahaha how ? I'm telling you he's a magician lol but in all seriousness I'm overjoyed with my results it was a pleasure having Juan do my hair and nobody will be touching it besides him from here on out! Okayyy, it's been YEARS since I've gone to an actual salon to get my hair done, that being said I was a little nervous to try something new, but I am soo glad I did! I had my hair cut by Gloria, and the results of my hair cut couldn't have been more satisfying! I had the ombré in it and my hair was so fried I just wanted all of it chopped off, surprisingly I didn't need as much as I thought I was going to need cut off and now my hair is so unbelievably healthy! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone! The service there is amazing! read more

Thank you so much Gloria for my haircut! My first time here and it was a positive experience! She cut my hair fast and it looks super nice!

I have been coming to Gloria for years.. I love her, and her staff! You can expect the salon to always be clean, short waits without appointments, with appointments they are always on time, friendly service, and great prices.I had never had anyone so a "up-do" or formal type hair style on me but for my big day I naturally went to Gloria! I got married on a Friday, my girls and i had to be out of the salon by 8 am. Gloria not only came in at 6:30 am to accommodate me but she had someone for each one of my girls. Gloria did exactly what i wanted something simple yet elegant. She had me out on time looking amazing! She help make my day special and my photos are beautiful. I recommend her services to anyone and everyone that ask, you will be treated like family when you go to Gloria's, they do great work and most importantly listen to there customers. read more

I hate reviewing places but I had to. I went in for a balayage and I left very upset with the results. My hair had box dye in it previously and I knew what I was going in for but I did not expect for Gloria who did the balayage to let me walk out with so many different tones. I am so upset that I have my hair up 100% of the time. Not to mention the price increased so much so that did not help with my experience. Gloria had felt my hair previously and when i went it she said I didn't realize you had so much hair. She cut and blow dried me hair and I thought that was included but it was not and that was an additional $55 so I paid a total of $255. May 7, 2019 I had went to another hair stylist that had to correct what Gloria left my hair at because Gloria stated she couldn't do anything else or else it was going to damage to find out Gloria rushed the process. I was in at almost 9am with Gloria and left at 12pm. She did not use the proper foil method to lighten my hair which is why I had so many uneven tones, she did not apply more bleach if it was necessary to some areas and stuck me under the dryer at a high temperature. After I had posted my review Gloria called me explaining the same thing she had told me about the black hair dye in my hair. Yes, I understood that. I wasn't sure if she was offering me to go in and get a toner put into my hair or she felt obligated to do so I could remove my review ,like if the toner was going to help how uneven and horrible my hair was. I waited as long as I could to go lighter and I am happy I found my new hair stylist that corrected the horrendous job Gloria left me. Just because the place has almost 5 stars does not mean you are going to get the best quality work. read more

Today I had an appointment at 1pm.. I got to the salon at 1:05pm when I walked in no one greed me no one bothered to asked what I need it. I got fed up and I left. customer service sucks. read more

I never leave Yelp reviews but the bad service I experienced could save someone the time. I walked in with pictures of color and cut I wanted and was scheduled an appointment for the next day. I come in for the appointment and they told me they didn't look at the pictures correctly so they were not going to have time to do the service that day. I was rescheduled for the next weekend. Fast forward to the next weekend, they call 20 minutes before my appointment to "confirm" but I missed the call. I tried calling back twice but I got no answer and their voicemail was full. I still showed up 5 minuets before my appointment and when I get there they tell me they filled my appointment and they can help me two hours later. How does one cancel someone's appointment because the "thought you weren't coming" 20 minutes before the appointment time??? It's just not worth the hassle, there are better salons with better service and better prices. Save yourself the time. read more

Just got my hair done by Gloria, and all I have to say is SHE'S A MIRACLE WORKER! I wanted my natural hair color back, dark brown, and wanted for my hair to look healthy, and she gave me just that. I had highlights done 3 yrs. Ago, I've gone to other salons to see of they can get them out and all they did was dye it 1 solid color and a month later it would wash off. Since my roots were noticeable, She didn't dye my hair completely, she started about 3-4 inches off the roots, but first she matched the color of my roots and snip snip. I will definitely be going back! Oh and the staff is super friendly! read more

I went and had my hair color changed i went from dark black hair to blond highlights with a medium brown color. Rosy did my hair and she was very careful about not damaging my hair. I was extremely pleased with the results best Highlights I've ever got by a professional worth every penny. Fyi highlights happen to be her Specialty so glad i let her do them. read more

Really nice stylists and great vibe overall. I showed the stylist what I wanted and she got it spot on. I have not had a new hair dresser in a long time so I was a bit nervous, but my worries were put at ease with the welcoming atmosphere and the great quality of my cut. Very happy with my hair cut and will likely be going back when I need my next trim. read more

I loved this place just got a haircut today with gloria I loved it she did exactley what I wanted it. I will b coming back for color it took me a while to find a good place and this is it. The salon is so classy n clean the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 which I would of I thought it was 2 much $20 for a kids haircut but don't get me wrong they did a great job on them but will definetly be back there read more

Needed a last minute haircut and maybe it's because I didn't get Javi, and instead got the other taller gentleman as a walk-in, but never had someone handle me so roughly. He was polite and nice, but his brute strength was a bit rough and could clearly tell he wasn't that experienced. Did not ask me about hair products before applying whatever he wanted. Haircut was nothing like the picture I showed him (I know not to expect a carbon copy, I've used this picture for the last 1-2 years from NYC to Cali). read more

I have been going to Gloria's for so many years that I can't remember I know it's been over 20 years. Whenever I go I know I'm going to get the best cut, or color she always does it the way I ask. Gloria is very nice to all her clients. I like the family atmosphere. Judy O read more

I've been going to Gloria's for many many years. All of the stylists are super friendly and kind. I get my hair done by Javi. He does a great job. He will always be honest if he knows something will ruin your hair. If you tell him to cut 2 inches, he will show you how much he will be cutting off and does not go scissor happy.
