I…read morethink it used to be someone's real home a long time ago as quite a few of the rooms on the interior are still sectioned off so you can see a living room versus a kitchen versus other gathering rooms. This place is super quaint really well maintained. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The wedding ceremony was done in the front yard, which was amazing and the back patio and backyard of the house was done for the cocktail hour and also post dinner gathering. This place was incredible had more than enough room for the wedding and really felt like home. I can see why this place is so popular and a huge attraction for weddings and celebrations.

Our vision for an intimate garden wedding came to life exactly as we imagined it, thanks to their thoughtful design choices and attention to detail. What stood out most was how organized and responsive they were throughout the entire planning process, nothing fell through the cracks. On our wedding day, the floral arrangements and overall ambiance were absolutely stunning, creating the special atmosphere we'd been dreaming about. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and we're so grateful to the Primrose Cottage team for making our day unforgettable. We can't recommend them enough!

The attention to detail was not missed. Not only was the bride getting ready area spacious, the groom and his groomsmen had their own space as well, where they were able to watch tv and play corn hole. We both felt very special, there was not a hiccup that day, and we felt completely taken care of. The vendors we were able to use along with the staff for the wedding, were not only amazing, but they made things go smoothly! We received so many compliments from family and friends about the day! We recommend a wedding and reception to be had there any day!

As I drove…read moreup, the parking lot seemed super small, however, the staff had a design plan that was perfect and ensured everyone had a place to park. The upstairs is a super open floor plan with rooms off to the side. This was ideal as the Bride and Groom had their personal areas which were hugeeeeeee. As they were getting ready the open area was equipped with a portable bar and multiple hi-top tables. Omg! It was so cute. We were able to mingle and take pictures as we awaited the specified time to move to the downstairs area. Once downstairs, the room is hugeeeeeeee. It was perfectly decorated and afforded a sense of style, elegance and amazing ambiance. Once the guests were seated, the bride and groom began to walk down the stairs. When I tell you this room was MADE for such an entrance as this, it was spot on. There is a bar to the front and the main area is a blank canvas which allows you to set it up how you would like. Brea had it sit with a sit down eating space and a dance floor towards the back area. Based on my experience at Venue 92, it has been added to my venue list as the options of use for this space seem endless.

What an absolutely precious place!…read more I've had afternoon tea at other houses in the Atlanta area and I believe this is my favorite one so far! I love all the unique decor and atmosphere. The servers are all fantastic. The small bites and teas were all delicious. We came here for a girlfriend's birthday and had the best time. There is a two hour limit, but otherwise everything was great. Parking is via a private parking lot.

The person who answered stated they couldn't book the reservation themselves but assured him someone would call back shortly to confirm. Unfortunately, no one ever called back. After that, no one answered the phone for the rest of Tuesday, Wednesday, or most of Thursday. When he finally reached someone right before closing on Thursday, he was told they were completely booked. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up. We understand places get busy, but not returning calls and then suddenly being fully booked after initially confirming availability is poor customer service. Their reservation system also clearly needs improvement. An online reservation model would make much more sense because the current phone-based process is not working effectively. Although I've enjoyed tea here on a couple of different occasions, the experience is not astonishing enough to return after this reservation experience.

We all grew up on and in the Chattahoochee River and there was a least one "senior skip day" many of us floated the river. The staff at Roswell River landing were pleasant accommodating and easy going. Even the mandatory Roswell police officer was helpful and friendly. The venue is reasonably priced, no need to rent tables and chairs and it provided just the right atmosphere for old friends to reconnect and talk, walk out by the river and recall our glory days in Sandy Springs, jumping off the cliffs and floating the Hooch. This place is a gem. Parking may be a little tight as they only have around 60 dedicated spaces but everything else worked out well for us. Thanks Roswell.

"If your reviews are sounding like essays, start a blog. I can't read your life story on my phone…read morebefore ordering from the menu." [Time & Date of visit]: All day event / 7-10-15 [Party Size]: Wedding event with 100+ guests [Location/Ambiance]: The location is right on the edge of the chatahoochee river, so if any couples are planning their weddings on the weekend; Just hope your wedding photographer can photoshop any kayake-rs / canoe-rs / tubers out, if they happen to be in the shot. Also, the actual building itself shares a portion of the lot with a Tubing / kayak rental company. This location is catered to smaller weddings. The lot fits a good amount of cars, but is no way a walmart parking lot. Inside: I would say quaint and slightly rustic. It's been a while since they renovated the paint and carpet. Centered before the hall is a 4 way open gas fire place. There's a small upstairs loft section that can fit maybe 2-3 large round tables up top on each end and maybe a kids table section in the middle. The wedding I DJ'd for, actually had the side photographer doing a photo booth upstairs. Good thing that along each wall is a good number of outlets, with out having to run extension cords all over the place. There's a small kitchen with a good amount of counter space for any caterers to prep. Which includes the following amenities; Two ovens, microwave, ice machine, double basin sink, and a refrigerator. Rest rooms consist of a men's and ladies' on one hallway, with a unisex / handicap close to the kitchen. I wouldn't call it a family rest room as there isn't a diaper changing station. The dance floor area is pretty small, so they moved me upstairs once the reception started. Outside: Google images shows that a lot of couples perform the ceremony part on the patio section over looking to the chatahoochee. For this part I was section right near the corner of the outside building with two available outlets to provide power for my DJ equipment and speakers; which consisted of a 4 ft table and two 15" PA speakers on speaker stands beside me just for size reference. After the ceremony and transition to cocktail hour, there were a good amount of space for banquet tables, high tables for just placing drinks, and a bartender station. [Service]: I was only the DJ so I did not join any of the meetings between the bridal couple and the management. Though they only rent out tables and chairs which you can see the prices and description on their site. But the caterers had to bring their own table cloths and such. As for noise, the city of Roswell has a noise ordinance that limits any events for this area to end at 12 am. As the wedding party was gathering everything up, the management team started to put up all the tables and chairs. Try not to forget anything, cause they are pretty quick on locking up and heading home. {Summary}: With the new rights that allowed other types of couples to get married, I would say that this location is great for any small weddings. This location also provides a good scenery for sunset photos. I believe that if an event such as a wedding, it's about $600 for rental and $500 for a refundable deposit for weekdays; M-Thur. And weekends are $1100 with also a $500 refundable deposit.

But if you're looking to have an event here, they do offer tours so check out their site for availability. Parking: The parking available on the venue is on gravel. Vibe: The flowers and greenery around the entire venue were beautiful. I loved how seamless the venue, bridal suite, and reception area flowed. The bridal suite is so big and has a large kitchen area with a fridge; a living room area with a couch and several chairs; a bathroom with a shower; a room that was used for hair & make up; and a front and back porch. The main venue space has a downstairs space that was used as both the reception area and the dance floor. I enjoyed celebrating my friends at this beautiful spot! She was rude and dismissive when she finally came to check on the event. Here are something's that needed improvement. Spiders were inside and outside on the corners. For the money paid, this would not be a venue that I would use in the future.
