Also given that they are open 7 days a week, they can be a lifesaver. As for their quality, I have found that compared to the rest of the Pablo & Rusty's cafes, this is my favorite. The staff are generally quite passionate about the quality of their coffee, and have the skill level to play around with it. While the chance you'll get a great coffee here is quite high, on occasion it can taste quite commercial, but that has more to do with the roast than the cafe. Certainly for the area, these guys are worth checking out. Passion: 8/10 Crema: 8/10 Coffee: Pablo & Rusty's

Friendly and relaxed staff pump out coffees to the commuters and then keep the coffee flowing throughout the day. The service was fast and the coffee was delicious - they didn't bat an eye at strange orders such as quarter strength skim lattes and made a great soy fw. There were a few treats to try including the in vogue cruffin which was a sweet treat to help us through our afternoon. "Shop" is a stretch - it's really more of a hole in the wall takeaway only kind of space, lovingly kitted out in tiles, timber, blackboards and big Edison bulbs. None of that awful aloofness that typifies so many hipster-esque joints. They sell beautiful muffins and even Bircher muesli, but they do sell out. Hey, it's not like there's space for much stock, and coffee is certainly the priority. Will certainly go out of my way to get a coffee here in future, whenever I'm around Hornsby.

The waiter was very pleasant and there seems to be a good number of staff preparing meals behind the counter. There is a quick change over of customers. The only downfall of this place is the noise. It is rather full on to the ears. A TV is on, in the corner and the echoing of the room is a little off putting. The clatter of cups in the dishwasher is a little painful...I would have a problem if I was talking to someone. I notice one fellow with ear phones on during the consumption of his meal.
