We appreciated the fact that he provided the work himself instead of a hired crew and that he said he did that to ensure that the quality was high. And boy, was it! We were so satisfied with the work he did, that we asked for a quote on a second, more complex job. He did a great job explaining the options and breaking out the quote so that we could choose what we wanted to do. I don't know why it's so hard to find reliable communicators when trying to hire for house work. He texted me updates whenever possible and was super courteous. His price was also very reasonable. My bathroom was such an eyesore-moving into an older condo, the wall tile and bathtub had been refinished before, but not well. It was peeling, patchy, discolored-a couple tiles were even falling away. Brannon filled in some holes, redid the grout in a couple terrible areas, and made the tiles much sturdier for me before painting. The work took about two days for him to complete and I was amazed with the results-feels like a brand new bathroom!

We spent hours and hours at their Daytona Beach location selecting floor and bathroom tile, kitchen cabinets, and quartz countertops, a one stop shopping/time saving experience. During our project, we were in constant contact with Planet Granite as they updated us as to their progress, reviewing several recommended changes to the original drawings (which they provided) which they believed would enhance our renovation. Eight months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. According to the installers, in April, Jim ordered the wrong transition strips to go between the LVP flooring and the ceramic tile. Jim reordered more transition strips. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!
