Prompt, dependable and thorough. They did a great job on my 68 year old tub and tile while maintaining the vintage feel.

I wanted a month since my refinish on Kitchen cabinets before I make the following comments to let…read morethe experience settle in and to be fair. First , the person who comes to your home to give an estimate is not an employee of the company, I found this out at the end of the process. The person is one of many they hand out jobs to as independent contractors. The guy I had assigned was clueless about the process or service and just promised everything that all provided to be false. Don't believe the website , its great marketing and there is no special light that hardens the paint, I know this because they painted a door in my front yard when their part time painter at their home base decided he had other things to do and did a really poor job on that door. The two employees actually removed the cabinet doors and took them to the shop. One of them came back a few days and cleaned the frames. Several days latter he returned and taped the area to be painted, apparently there are only two employees in this operation. Both are competent and both seem especially proficient at the job. The frames are wiped down with a cleaner called Awesome just a general cleaner, nothing special. Now one employee says he became ill for a few days, and one had DMV and transportation issues and everything to a halt for several days. The process of painting the frame is using a general bonding agent followed by an oil based paint that is rolled on. Lucky my cabinets were white as no option for other colors were ever discussed by the estimator, and when the process started, I asked about what the estimator promised and it was like deer in headlights question. Was the job done ok, the answer is yes, Was there good communication, I would say it was marginal. Did the employees work to the best of their ability I would say yes. Was it worth the price paid, not so much. Would I call them again that would be a No. Checking on other painters might be a good thing. Most of all don't fall for the website, story, its fiction at its best and don't trust anything the estimator tell you as they don't disclose the truth of their involvement with the company.

Outstanding professional installers. We had the pull out shelves added to our kitchen cabinets…read more The finished project looks fantastic. Highly recommend. Thank you Derek and your team.
