I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. Scott is difficult to work with and argues about everything. They never pinned (used spacers) on any of the tiles on our floors, leaving them uneven. After tiling the entire house, he blamed the tiles. I hired another company to replace the worst ones and they could see none were pinned, none used spacers as Scott had said. The unevenness was entirely caused by him and his sons who did the install, not the tiles themselves! Stay away from this company.

We were convinced this new stronger more durable manufactured wood was the way to go, versus tile which would have been too hard for children to play on. From the sample, the piece looked great. Nice and thick yet seemed very comfortable. We placed our order and a couple of weeks later we were ready to have it installed by Mr. Carpet. About halfway through install I popped in to the room to check on the progress and noticed the install crew wasn't pulling out the same great looking stuff that we saw in the store, but instead it was a vinyl product, without any backing at all. Stuff was like walking on the bare floor, not to mention how incredibly toxic vinyl products are. This flooring looked nothing like their sample piece with layers and layers of board to give it the impression it was a thick piece of flooring. Felt like we had been deceived. When I called and expressed my concerns, the staff didn't seem too eager to help. We pulled the flooring up almost immediately and purchased quality flooring elsewhere. Lesson learned to research products, even when you have a professional company "helping"

She offered a free consultation after a…read moreplumber unclogged my toilet and a lump formed at the base of all the walls of bathroom and closet a day later. When I reported the problem to the plumber's company, she was sent to investigate. She used her meter and was able to detect water in the walls, everywhere - even in other parts of the house which were not affected - just for future reference. I thought an animal underneath the house chewed through the pipe and caused everything. She said if that had happened, I would see a problem with water pressure from faucets. I found that information, and her wealth of knowledge about leaks so informative. I would not hesitate to call on her with any similar problems. If you read her Facebook page, she encourages phone calls that she said she will answer - as the start of the hurricane season is upon us.
