I don't know why it's so hard to find reliable communicators when trying to hire for house work. He texted me updates whenever possible and was super courteous. His price was also very reasonable. My bathroom was such an eyesore-moving into an older condo, the wall tile and bathtub had been refinished before, but not well. It was peeling, patchy, discolored-a couple tiles were even falling away. Brannon filled in some holes, redid the grout in a couple terrible areas, and made the tiles much sturdier for me before painting.
