This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

I live only 3 minutes away mind you - my appt was at 4:10. I was there at 4:05 and home by 4:25. Who does that?? They took care of the small chip, polished the tooth and I still had time to talk with Paula the hygienist on my way out about family stuff. It takes a lot to win me over, but always being on time and giving me consistent, quality care over the last thirteen years -- is enough. And putting up with me in my morning appointements takes a special group. They do that. They are appreciated.

They staff took extra time out of their procedures to explain the motions to the patient and gain their confidence. The office is clean and all of the staff is friendly and helpful! I've been bringing my daughter to this clinic for over five years, and the back office staff and…read moredoctors have always been kind, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning due to repeated issues with the front office recently, specifically with Juanita. During my last visit, I paid out of pocket because the front desk staff couldn't verify my insurance. Later, my insurance did cover the visit, and I had to obtain reimbursement on my own. When my daughter needed treatment, Juanita scheduled it a month out, saying it was because of my "insurance" despite the pain my daughter was in. Over time, my interactions with Juanita have consistently been unpleasant. She is often rude, dismissive, and lacks empathy. At our last visit, she greeted us with a smirk, did not acknowledge us properly, and seemed to recognize us only because of the prior insurance issue. She even made comments about how difficult my insurance was to work with and implied it was somehow my fault. The last conversation I had with her was particularly unprofessional -- she was confrontational, and I had to ask her multiple times to watch her tone. After years of trusting this clinic, it's very disappointing that the actions of one front office staff member have driven us to find care elsewhere. I truly hope management- Paula addresses this behavior so that other families don't experience the same disrespect.
