KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I made the…read moremistake of switching to this dentist because they accept my insurance. While the superhero theme and arcade games look fun for kids on the surface, it is just a distraction. The biggest WARNING I can give is that PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BACK! In my 15 years of taking kids to the dentist, I have never been told I couldn't go back with them especially when nitrous oxide (dental gas) is being used. One of my children was scared and crying, and I was not allowed from comforting them. You are forced to wait outside. They offer viewing tablets, but only if you specifically ask or else they would not atomically hand them to you and they only offered because I asked why I wasn't allowed back there and you still cannot hear what is being said or ask questions. Worst of all, you never even meet the dentist afterward. You only see a dental assistant to hand your child back, meaning you get zero direct information about the procedure or how your child handled the sedation. Avoid this place if you want transparency and want to be there to protect your children.

When I get to the back the dental assistant tells me it's for a exam and cleaning. Doctor comes into the room I inform her about my child's concern and provided me with some answers and tells me to go so the specialist. Overall I could tell this place was not OSHA nor HIPAA COMPLIANT. I could see other patient information on there screen. The doctor had her shoes on half way on, assistants had cardi b nails (smh), and the patient room look like it was not disinfected in between patients as I could clearly see there was hair and debris on the chair. I would ask question about the specialist and both the doctor and the assistant could answer for me instead referred me to the office manger for answers. Assistant tells me okay sit tight someone will be in to dismiss you. Waste of time I booked an appointment with a pedo doctor who refers me to another doctor and this one didn't even tell me anything they didn't even provide me with a treatment plan on "my comprehensive examination".
