    Wow these reviews are terrible, I haven't personally hired intelcom to deliver something to me but…read moreI've had them deliver packages consistently from online purchases and I've never had a bad experience with them. I felt compelled to add a good review, most people are motivated to spend the time to post a bad review but few post postive ones unless they are compenstated. There was no compensation to me in this review, I just happened to be looking up courier services. So here's what I like about them. Their tracking system let's me know when to expect my package They delivered about 100+ packages on time and respectfully. I am happy when I see a white van pull up because it's usually them and when I'm not there they take care to put my packages out of the rain and when I have something for them to hide it behind they will place it there. I'd much rather vendors use them than other services for my deliveries, but for the most part my deliveries have been uneventful.

Customer "service" claims they have zero way to communicate with specific depots or drivers, other than email. Bulls**t. They claim they have no direct way to contact a superior. Bulls**t. The drivers claim they've attempted delivery when they never even drive down your road, let alone walk up to your house. So...you guessed it; bulls**t. You'll receive the "be there in the next hour" message and at the end of the hour you instead read "could not deliver". All that or the day of delivery the tracking page randomly (actually, predictably) changes to "pending calculations" (what does that even mean?!). Anyone else have them admit they didn't even take the parcel out for delivery at all? If every single employee were buried neck deep in salt after receiving a billion paper cuts and mutated fire ants the size of Buicks circled ever closer...they'd have gotten off too easy.

    I have never ever witnessed such abominable service. These people are crooks and liars…read more We shipped our household goods with them, including two motorcycles, from Montreal to Hungary -- spent a total of just shy of $10k. They assured us they had experience shipping motorcycles and that we could feel assured our belongings would arrive safely. Yes, the items arrived. One motorcycle arrived missing its left mirror and with its rear turn signal broken. Then we noticed the windshield and front fairing were cracked. And the luggage frame, too, was cracked. And the handlebar weight scraped up. At that point, we sent photos of the damage along with a photo of the bike pre-loading and requested compensation. We were told they would "investigate" and get back to us. Before they did, we noticed the foot peg and shift mechanism was bent as well. We repeated our request for compensation. They offered $200, saying the bike's declared value was only $600 and that they are in no obligation to verify or ensure the bikes functioning before or after shipping. Then we found out the frame at the foot peg was also bent. TODAY, we just found out that someone had actually removed part of the aluminum assembly AND WELDED it and put it back. It had been cracked or broken AND THEY REMOVED IT, WELDED IT, PUT IT BACK without telling us or even admitting to having damaged the bike. I'm flabbergasted. Don't give this company a dime of your money. I'm facing at least $3,000 CAD of repairs on a bike that, although a 2002 model, was in perfect operating condition before this company dropped it and thoroughly damaged it. Crooks and liars.

    Am depus un colet la sediul World Line Cargo pe data 10 decembrie 2023 ( aceasta data fiind data…read morelimita de colectare anunatata de ei). In momentul predarii coletului am primit confirmarea ca pachetul urma sa ajunga in Romania aproximativ in 5 saptamani. La o luna de la data predarii, pe data de 10 ianuarie 2024, am primit notificarea ca pachetul de abia a fost predat liniei de transport maritim. Deci, de la predarea pachetului, timpul probabil in care va ajunge la destinatie nu este de aproximativ 5 saptamani ci, in cel mai bun caz, de 9-10 saptamani. Dublu. Am contactat firma ca sa primesc explicatii legate de aceasta intarziere majora. O angajata mi-a oferit tot felul de scuze penibile: mai intai ca intarzaierea se datoreaza transportatorului maritim care nu a mai plecat la timp, apoi ca din cauza vamii care a intarzaiat expedierea... In final dupa ce mi-am exprimat nemultumirea si neincrederea in explicatiile ei, acaeasta mi inchis telefonul, cum se spune pe romaneste: "in nas". Daca as fi stiut ca pachetul urma sa faca minim 9 saptamani nu 5 cum am fost asigurat la predare, cu siguranta nu as fi ales aceasta companie sa-mi expedieze coletul. In concluzie, colaborarea cu World Line Cargo reprezinta pentru mine o experienta neplacuta, in care am fost dezinformat, deci pacalit, si in final, cand am cerut explicatii, am fost tratat cu neprofesionalism si lipsa de respect. Din pacate nu este prima experienta neplacuta pe care aceasta companie mi-a oferit-o, nu sunt la prima expediere, dar cu siguranta este ultima incercare de a colabora cu aceasta firma.
