Mais fallait prendre la 174 Ouest qui passe à chaque demie-heure pis je viens juste de la manquer de 2 minutes. Ils auraient pas pu déposer ça au bureau de poste ça aurait eu plus d'allure au lieu de m'obliger à aller à l'autre bout dd la planète pour chercher mon PS5 à 8:01 du soir? Non mais franchement!

They were at my home within an hour of me calling and my package was delivered two hours later! It would have cost me at least four times as much to ship the package (it was heavy) using UPS, FedEx, etc, just using their slowest services. I don't know how they can offer this service so cheaply! I highly recommend this firm - I'd give them a million stars if I could!!!

There was obviously some carelessness along the way as the package was sent across the US to Vancouver, back to the US, back to Vancouver and finally to Ontario (see screenshot of its worldly travel). I paid over $600 in customs fees and taxes. When it arrived, the artwork was broken. The art work was insured through Globex. They put up a fight saying they only cover art for materials through insurance. There's no point in getting art insured if they only cover the $50 of materials. Eventually they settled but for significantly less than they should have. A massive disappointment!

I felt compelled to add a good review, most people are motivated to spend the time to post a bad review but few post postive ones unless they are compenstated. There was no compensation to me in this review, I just happened to be looking up courier services. So here's what I like about them. Their tracking system let's me know when to expect my package They delivered about 100+ packages on time and respectfully. I am happy when I see a white van pull up because it's usually them and when I'm not there they take care to put my packages out of the rain and when I have something for them to hide it behind they will place it there. I'd much rather vendors use them than other services for my deliveries, but for the most part my deliveries have been uneventful.

You'll receive the "be there in the next hour" message and at the end of the hour you instead read "could not deliver". All that or the day of delivery the tracking page randomly (actually, predictably) changes to "pending calculations" (what does that even mean?!). Anyone else have them admit they didn't even take the parcel out for delivery at all? If every single employee were buried neck deep in salt after receiving a billion paper cuts and mutated fire ants the size of Buicks circled ever closer...they'd have gotten off too easy.
