Unfortunately I don't know the names of the gentlemen that assisted me but they were both so cool, attentive and kind. I can't tell you how nice it was to walk into a place where the professionals didn't think it was "too much" to take the time to explain what you don't understand or to make sure you were comfortable with a purchase. Would definitely recommend!!!! Veronica V.

I don't feel unsafe at all. Rather, it is convenient for the residents nearby and stop and go in addition to being a 20 min walk for me. The location makes it more likely to be open on a Saturday. The staff person I worked with was friendly and helped me through the process to tell me that what I had shipped is okay since it is within the same country and that it is okay and proper for me to use my hotel as an address for return. The price was what I had expected based on my own research. It was a good experience and I was lucky that the rare occasion I go to Canada is the time I need to ship out a package in Canada. It was a good work out in double layers with -13 F weather. 20 min walk. Some of the locals are wearing a lot less than me and seem fine but some are just outside quickly and then back in a car immediately. Maybe I should see if I can find anyone in shorts? Lol.

We highly recommend this UPS store, Gerard and his colleague.

They were at my home within an hour of me calling and my package was delivered two hours later! I highly recommend this firm - I'd give them a million stars if I could!!!

I contacted a few companies for quotes, including Instacable based on the referral of a friend. In the end, we chose Instacable based on the quality of their presale service (they are the only company who actually asked questions on the project to better understand it and make recommendations, rather than base a quote on a few high-level details). Their pricing was fair and competitive. Working with the techs during the install have been a pleasure and our general contractor have been very happy with them. It's now been a few weeks that we moved in, and the quality of the network has been flawless so far. If a problem should arise, I know I'll be able to count on them. I highly recommend Edgar (the owner) and his team for a quality setup!
