Love coming here. Everything has been a positive experience from calling on the phone for information to driving up to getting a new 5 gallon tank, and recently, filling up the tank. It's in and out unless you get one of the rushes then you might have to wait a few minutes. But the team at the pump is quick and efficient. Note that it's been a bit busy because as COVID is around and more people/restaurants have outside eating. All those heaters need propane so sometimes the car in front might has a few tanks to fill. read more

Came back to top off my tank, which was about 10-15% full, and unfortunately, they have a minimum purchase of $25. This means that if you fill up less than $25 worth, you'll still spend $25. I guess this is a good reason to have an alternate tank at home, but it would be nice to just be able to pay for what you get. read more

No frills propane tank refilling station. They took Apple Pay. Look for the tent. In and out in a few minutes.

Wonderful family owned business, great friendly service and very competitive pricing. They come out and help you, plus it's quick and easy! Plenty of parking too! read more

Good service and price. Bring your own tank. They have a 6 gallon minimum. Price as of May 5, 2024 was $3.09/gallon. I didn't care for the $.75 fee for using a credit card. Still the cheapest around. read more

Glad I found this place! Fast, reasonable pricing, and friendly service. Just pull up right next to the small shack/refill station and an attendant will come out to help you out. read more

Thank you fellow Yelpers. My propane place closed down and Globe Propane is now our go to propane fill station. Professional, friendly, & competitively priced. Off of Paramount/ South Street, with plenty of parking. read more

The best price when you need 25$ plus of propane! Quick and professional! Bravo! I took in 4 canisters and got away for far less than Blue Rhino exchanges! Thank you Globe!!! read more

$3.99 to fill a propane tank! Not a bad deal in this day and age! Employee here was efficient and got the job done The person ahead of us had three tanks and they were filled in less than five minutes! There aren't very many places around here that can refill tanks so this is the place to be! read more

Globe Propane - Here's the office sign so Ya know you're at the correct spot - Propane Near Me - Long Beach, California

Friday afternoon going crazy looking to exchange my propane tanks, went to multiple Walmarts all out of tanks YIKES what to do.... Gas Stations also out of tanks WHAT IS GOING ON?! Logged into YELP searched propane and "BOOM"Globe propane appeared ! Called and the young lady (rep) who answered was super friendly and helpful. Me: Hi can Globe propane fill my propane tanks? Globe propane representative: Yes we can come on by! You pull in, there's a gentleman very friendly as well, stationed straight ahead and he will fill up your tanks and you pay at the spot. Speedy service. You need propane? This is the place to go, propane price is very reasonable. read more

Great customer service and pricing! Will be back again! Very friend gentlemen helping out. Very knowledgeable.

This place is a very convenient alternative for tank refills as opposed to Home Depot. My last trip to Home Depot was not good as they were out of propane AGAIN !!! . It is so much easier to pull up to the outdoor fill station here at Globe than dealing with the problems of exchanging tanks and the higher price at Home Depot. This is my new "go to" place for propane and I highly recommend them. Keep in mind that there is a $20 minimum so, bring in extra tanks if you have them. I will be here again to fill the RV propane take soon. read more

God bless Daniel. He is such a nice man. Hard working snd funny fastest propane slimmer on the west! Watch out for the pot holes in the road. The roads are terrible. Not his fault tho! read more

Awesome service very convenient. The guys that helped me were great. I am glad I found this place

I needed to get my tanks re-certified. The technician Gabriel was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning. read more

Henry Arevalo: GREAT HONEST technician. He could've sold me a new tank valve, and a 5 gallon refill. When mysteriously I couldn't connect my barbecue hose to my propane bottlet he showed me how the rubber tip on my Coleman refill ADAPTER had twisted the valve core forward in it's threads when I removed it last. So he fixed it, and showed me how to "reset the valve" myself. NO CHARGE! I'll be going there for refills now. They've earned my loyalty! read more

We use these guys for work, always keep our tanks filled and they take care of any service issues we have from hoses to O-rings , top notch service and dependability read more

I came here for the first time today and brought my 5 gallon propane tank which was about half full. Upon arrival, the technician told me their minimum charge was $22.05 unless I exceeded 5 gallons. The price per gallon was $3.99, but there would be no way I would exceed 5 gallons since I only had one 5 gallon tank to fill which was not completely empty. I called the office to verify the pricing was correct and the woman I spoke to said Globe had a minimum charge unless 5 gallons or more was purchased. I told her it would be impossible for an average consumer to meet that requirement unless they had multiple tanks to fill and and the only thing that would happen happen would be a loss of customers. She proceeded to tell me "Good luck with finding propane cheaper". So I drove to the 76 station on Bellflower at Spring and paid and paid $3.71 per gallon with no minimum. I guess I did not have to look very hard to find it cheaper. I will not be returning to Globe Propane for anything in the future. read more

Very helpful attendant and safe at the same time. Stopped by to fill up my RV and took no more than 10 minutes, all done. The minimim of 5 gallons is pretty uptight but on the same time, it's posted on the pump so you gotta know you are definitely close to being out to get refilled. Plus that it is only 10 minute drive from my house. read more

The best. Always prompt, know what they are doing. Brought in my RV to get the propane tank gauge checked. Diagnosed the problem and fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you. read more

If you're looking to refill your propane BBQ tanks, then look no further than Globe Gas. You can purchase a completely new tank that they will refill for free. If you do buy one, I highly recommend keeping it and not exchanging it at another location. The staff is friendly and it's super convenient. I highly recommend this spot for your next propane fill up. read more

Cheapest place around to get a Propane fill. They also fill to the full 20# unlike the tank exchange places that are 15# fills. Min $20 on all propane fills. The best deal, spend $40 on a empty tank and get the first fill free. read more

This place is great! Very helpful and they check your tanks to make sure there not expired. SAFETY FIRST.

We've been going to Globe for years to refill our tanks and have never had a bad experience. I find they have the best price and there is never a line. read more

Customer service and info is the best. Plus you get full cans not like the exchange places.
