This is for the fluff and fold service not the laundromat which I have used and it was very nice,…read morestaff helpful, and clean-highly recommend except parking is limited. But that is experience is how this is even 2 stars. The fluff and fold service has been an entirely different story. I even gave it a 2nd chance.. First time- I scheduled a pickup after a long trip so had a lot. I realized I had questions and needed another laundry bag so I took the laundry and asked if I could just drop it off rather than it get picked up. I was told no problem, he'd just change it on my order so the drivers didn't come to pick it up. I asked if I could buy 2 of the large laundry bags because I had 2 full in the car plus a full basket of clothes not in bags. I was sold two of the (granted very nice) handled medium bags and told they didn't have (the less expensive) large bags. I then walked next door to wash my blankets and saw staff giving two people the large bags and more in the vending machine. While washing the blankets I got a message that the drivers were on way for pickup. I went back to double check so a driver didn't come and was told it was just automated text. I went home only to have drivers ring my doorbell for the pickup. Then 30 minutes later I received a message my order was cancelled because no laundry. I was running errands so I stopped in person because the order was cancelled on the site/app too..and they had ALL my clothes. After some back and forth and calls to their other facility they found my clothes and I was told it was back in system. Cut to next day and I get message my order has processed -- I look at total and it does not include the first-time promotion that had been in previously. I call and am told this is my second order. Except it isn't. They just created a 2nd order after wrongly cancelling my first order. Eventually I'm told I will get a refund for the promotion and that my laundry was out for delivery. Cut to a couple hours later and I receive a message it has been delivered (no knock or doorbell this time), I go to look except I can't open my apartment door!..I'm literally trapped inside because the hanger items were on my door handle and across the door jam with the bags against them. I had to call building security to help me get out..only to discover that a whole set of hanging items were missing AND that my random laundry bags that I had brought in were replaced with the large branded ones I was told weren't available the day before. After a call that was more reassuring than previous conversations I received a call back that the driver would return shortly with the now located missing clothes. In the meantime, I began to unpack the clothes and found that while many things had been hung up a number of button downs and linen items had been folded tightly so needed steamed but I had not specified those not be. The missing clothes did get delivered quickly. Second try..I received promo texts and the neighbors who had first recommended trying them out convinced me to give it another shot. This time I just let it get picked up and I added the additional instructions asking that button downs and pants not be folded. This time I also just had their two branded medium handled bags I had purchased in lieu of the unavailable large regular bags -I labeled the one bag as hang to dry and included many of the hangers from the last time as the bag was only half full (and included that in all the order notes). The other bag was very full --however last time it was the two full medium bags plus 1.5 very full large bags. But I received the total this time and the weight is MORE than last time??? Then I walked up to the delivery at my apartment and the hanging clothes are blocking both my door and my neighbors' across the hallway floor (picture) and as I am unpacking them finding button downs and linen pants etc folded plus the regular folded items are folded in three different ways, directions..one of the whole reasons to do the service is can just put them away but now I have to refold 2/3 of the shirts.

There are rare moments in life when you meet someone and instantly feel a connection, someone you…read morejust know will become a lasting friend. That's exactly how I felt when I met Triny at Paco's Cleaners off Pico. Not long after our first meeting, I borrowed a stunning dress from a celebrity stylist for an awards show. Naturally, I wanted to return it in flawless condition. I brought it to Triny, and she handled it with such care that when I returned the dress, the stylist was amazed. She told me she'd happily let me borrow anything from her collection in the future, all because of how beautifully the garment was cleaned and returned. That level of trust and professionalism speaks volumes, and I owe it to Triny. The next job was a pair of pants I needed cleaned for an upcoming volunteer event. I stopped by Paco's Cleaners, and once again, Triny made sure I had everything I needed, ready on time. Her warmth and attention to detail were already becoming familiar. A few weeks later, I returned with new requests: patches to be sewn and names to be embroidered on several volunteer shirts and jackets. I volunteer for three different nonprofits, and as Triny and I talked, we quickly discovered our shared love for service and community. Though she didn't do embroidery herself, she referred me to a trusted colleague who completed the job in just 24 hours. I brought the finished shirts and jackets back to Triny, and within two hours, she had all the patches sewn and the items back in my hands, just in time for my next day of volunteer work. Triny isn't just someone who provides excellent service, she's someone who genuinely cares. Her reliability, resourcefulness, and kindness are unmatched, and the pride she takes in her work shows in every detail. I feel so grateful to have found her. If you're ever in need of a cleaner who goes above and beyond, someone who treats your garments, and you, with care and respect, Triny at Paco's Cleaners is the one to see.

Poor communication with the point of contact (a hotel where I stayed) for drop-off, as well as unresponsiveness to me, resulted in items necessary for surgical recovery being stranded on the other side of the country for over a week. Self-righteous unwillingness to admit error upon having this pointed out resulted in a tirade about how much of a favor this guy felt he was performing by simply getting things where they needed to be after the poor communication mentioned above left things in the wrong place. Apparently he was so blinded by said self-righteousness that he was unable to distinguish between the point of contact (again, a hotel with which he deals regularly), and myself, when all of this was pointed out. All I received was hostility and abuse directed at "you guys" - entirely inappropriate as well as inaccurate. In terms of value for money, I can't speak to the quality as I have yet to receive my items. In sum, use this service if you're okay with not interacting with a human. If you do need to interact with a human, I would stay far, far away.
