Kinda gross. Sweep? I got shortchanged from the change machine. I put a $20 bill in and got 3 $5s and 19 quarters back but the sign says it's supposed to be 20 quarters. So basically a 1.25% service fee lol. I'll live without the quarter but it was more annoying because I had to break another bill since I was one quarter shy...now I have $4.75 in quarters sitting until I do laundry at a laundromat again which is rare lol. New washers new dryers new bathroom new floors. The machines are Amazing and the dryers run 11 minutes instead of SIX for the same 25 cents. They have 4 sizes of washers that really get your clothes clean. The guy working was very friendly and helped me with free Wi-Fi and key to the beautiful clean bathroom. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.
